Location of the property and fire pit

Unclean with health concerns as Mouse sighted and dropping found. Deck fridge full of bugs. Outdoor furniture dirty. Sticky tiles on inside floors

Beautiful spot. Great facilities. Would’ve liked to have time to use the pool but we only had an overnight stay. Loved the old style game console! Great TV and outdoor entertainment area. Clever use of space in bedrooms and bathroom.

Very hard to find the outside lights and no instructions. I walked into the glass pool fence because I didn’t know it was there in the dark and I would have stepped into the spa if my son hadn’t warned me the black cover was not a path. A sensor light would be much safer out there.

The communication with the host was great! Great location and enjoyed the hot tub.

I felt that with a bit of TLC our the property could feel more luxurious! The bedlinen was mismatched, the artificial flowers on the table were dusty and there were holes on the table cloth. I was most disappointed with the faded and ripped cushions on the outdoor seating area as the property is promoted as having a relaxing outdoor space and I felt like I couldn’t sit and relax on them. Also the bottom of the toilet could do with a bit of a deep clean.

The host Zane was amazing as always the house was so beautiful and outside was to die for will definitely be back

It was an amazing stay for our family. Just what we needed after touring the east coast north and back. Zane made sure that we had all information and details for entering and using the house. When asked if we could check in early, he worked hard to make sure our request was granted. We relaxed and enjoyed all the amenities the property had to offer. Even a little storm didn’t dampen the mood. Will definitely go back for sure.

The outdoor area is amazing for entertaining. The pool & spa are amazing. There's a TV over the pool & spa area so you can listen to music or watch favourite shows. Zane is an amazing host who will accommodate all your needs. This is the perfect serene spot to recharge & reconnect. We will definitely be back again. Perfect facilities for a family holiday or a social gathering with friends. Great BBQ area, multiple areas all Bali themed to relax. Huge TV with surround sound so you feel like you're in the movies. The children absolutely loved it here. It has everything you could need for meal prep & cooking. Complimentary bottle of wine on arrival. There's a second fridge in the BBQ area if you want to store drinks 🍸

Master Bed I found too firm for my liking. That's just an individual preference.

To hard to get jacuzzi to work didn’t get to use it, Spare room had cob webs on roof

The pool, spa and variety of seating options outside were all excellent.

Zane was very helpful. The spa was an incredible addition to our stay. Gardens really special.

Just one or two small improvements to make the place even better than it already is. We let Zane know...such as the spa controls working on iPhone but unable to connect on Android.

Perfect house for a group of friends or a family. Zane was so helpful and so accommodating! Will definitely be back.

Just in general. Zane was awesome. Pretty straight forward which I like. The place in general was a great place to stay
