Need maintenance. Television was not working. The train sound was quite obvious at night .

Just a night stay . Villa has homely settings , very spacious and comfy bed. complete with all furnitures and appliances. We are very comfortable with the stay. Good wifi signal. Easy carpark .Owner was very friendly and fast response.

The front door was hard to open and then we couldn’t keep it opened so had to prop a chair there to bring out stuff in the house also the back sliding was flimsy and 2nd time we went to close it -it came off the hinges had to hold the glass door till we called the host

Booked for 4 people, only 2 towels provided and couldn’t find any other towels at the property. Information stated along with tea and coffee long life milk would be provided but there was none.

Front door extremely difficult to open and shut, bedroom doors not easy to shut , Warning - very heavy glass sliding doors to backyard unsafe/dangerous ,when opening got unhinged and nearly injured young child ,toilet seat only usable for children-not adult size and ill fitting , bathroom mould and dirt on all silicone boarders, TV too complicated to operate-no instructions,coffee table to old and wobbly - do not move it as it could fall apart - spoke to owner about all these complaints - she replied with lies and excuses and refused any compensation . Do NOT book this so called villa !!! It’s an unfinished project with many renovations needed !

The property wasn’t clean, 1 bedroom smelt like urine and the master smelt like wet dog. I didn’t feel comfortable eating there so used paper plates. The place wasn’t clean, windows were filthy, dusty along with the window coverings. No screen on the toilet window, stained lounge and the outside needed a good weed. Booked here for the convenience of a house with cooking facilities, shame I wasn’t keen on using them. It’s like someone lived there and just left for us to stay.

The property looks great from afar but needs a lot of maintenance. All the windows needed cleaning. The kitchen kettle was rusted. The water coming from the taps was murky. The bed was comfy, but the comforter was cheap. The couch was comfortable but was stained and smelt like body odour.

Cleaning wasn't really up to standard. Hardly any power points, none in convenient/useful locations. Only minimal towels. And the big one.. the toilet wouldn't flush! Had to get a bucket of water from the laundry to flush the toilet each time

I love that the place was clean and very spacious for when family came to visit us. Back yard set very nice and could easy use to host a family BBQ. The Kitchen set up really great and heap of space.

Upon arrival, we were hit by a pungent, unpleasant dog smell in the front room, making it difficult to sleep. The pillows were uncomfortably hard, and to add to our disappointment, the advertised Netflix was inaccessible due to a canceled Telstra TV box. The bathroom was also below standard, with hair in the shower drain, contributing to an overall lack of cleanliness and comfort.
