It has been years since I have stayed at Loft in the Mill, still as good as I remember if not better, with the little extras acknowledging our occasion for visiting. Fabulous stay 😊

There wasn't anything we didn't like

I have stayed there before, and I love it. The location is fabulous, and the rooms are so comfortable. Do don't need for anything. I have stayed in the Victorian Suite and The King Arthur Suite and they were both great.

Attention to detail, everything was just perfect. Very clean and well presented. Location and close to shops and restaurants was a plus.

Beautiful, unique room. Loved the spa bath and fireplace. Bed was comfortable and amazing water pressure in shower. Cute courtyard. Easy parking and very friendly manager.

Because of the age of the building there were some unusual set ups. The bathroom/ shower/ toilet set up was oddly configured. The open fireplace albeit lovely didn’t burn well to emit lots of heat perhaps it was the timber.

The property was quirky and comfortable. Very close to shops and restaurants so once you checked in you could walk to explore and there are some interesting shops in Olinda. Everything you required was supplied and it was tastefully decorated with some thoughtful touches.

TV reception was patchy at times but as u tube was available I’m hesitant to log this as a problem.

The room was a very generous size and with high a high ceiling. There were three windows letting in plenty of light. Overall the room felt spacious. Excellent off road parking available for each room. The owners also generously stocked the fridge with breakfast supplies and bottled water. The bed was comfortable, the heating cosy and the shower hot. The property is right across the road from Olinda village.

Bathroom was chilly and could do with a heater. The wallpaper/motif behind the TV and near the front door doesn't quite fit in with the rest the room which is very stylish and elegant.

Probably the only thing to be aware of, is the low ceiling in the loft room and you must be able to walk up stairs . I stayed in the main bedroom which was fantastic but the others had to be careful not to bump their heads in the loft.

The Mill was visually impressive and we love staying somewhere a little different. Michelle, our host was welcoming and the apartment was immaculately clean and well appointed. It was an extremely comfortable 5 star property and it was all the little special touches that made it unique. I travelled with my sister and her daughter, all three of us would love to stay here again.

Charming room with character! Very clean and beautifully presented. Fantastic location ! Right in the centre of Olinda yet very tranquil. (Nourish Massage on the same premises). Very helpful accomodating staff who upgraded us to larger suite.

Nothing I can think of.

Perfectly located between all the gardens I came to visit. Lovely collection of local shops to browse just across the road. I spent a delightful 2 days in the area, overnighting at the Loft.

Im not sure everyone would enjoy being in town right on the roadway but we enjoyed it as we could easily walk to restaurants.

The room itself was wonderful We loved reading in the alcove next to the fireplace. Very good bathroom - marble, huge shower with handrails. Very comfy king size bed. Great courtyard where we sat for our morning coffee.

We were expecting a little more for the complimentary breakfast.

The spa bath, fireplace and the romantic setting. The kind staff. The closeness to town. We stayed in the Hathaway Suite very beautiful.
