This property was clean, roomy and comfortable. It had all the facilities for a pleasant stay. This was a great find, there are not many properties in the area. It was a perfect place to stay for my early morning medical procedure. Highly recommended.

The space is beautiful, the family did a great job styling the place out. It feels very luxurious. The room feels grand and massive because of the roof sun windows. It’s lovely in the mornings, the space glows in sunlight. It has everything you need, it’s very modern and carefully designed.

Albert is incredibly kind - he went out of his way to ensure myself and my fur babies felt comfortable and well looked after. It is such a gorgeous space that we’ve stayed in multiple times now!

A delightful, light filled space. Cosy, comfortable and quiet. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever had the pleasure of sleeping in! The hosts were so accommodating. I had requested to store my luggage before check in and this was no issue, however they then went above and beyond by quickly preparing the space after the previous guests left early. This was unexpected and completely welcome as it made my stay in the area stress free. I would not hesitate staying in this beautiful space again, especially after having the chance encounter with the hosts which included a genuine and friendly conversation. Thank you so much!

A lovely historical house, with an extension made tp match. Very clean and comfortable. Trams were just a stroll away and restaurants as well. A very quiet suburb.

Not much, I’d be nitpicking. Would be nice to maybe have some fly screens so could I could keep the windows open at night, otherwise nothing to complain about.

So quiet, clean and comfortable. Even though in the suburbs it was very peaceful. The unique architecture made us feel we were staying in something special, not just an average room. We will use this room on our next Melbourne visit.

A little dusty and no long mirror, but not a major problem.

We stayed four nights. Lovely loft extension of a beautiful period property. Photos do the place justice. I’m very tall, but had no problem with the rafters. There was plenty of space. Close to shops, restaurants and transport. I don’t usually like wet room bathrooms, however didn’t find any great difficulty with this one, even though it’s snug.

The apartment is immaculate, situated at the rear of a beautiful house in a lovely quiet road. It is spacious and light, stylish and cool, yet super comfortable and cosy too. The apartment is well equipped with everything you could want or need for a comfortable stay. It is a short walk to cafes, nice good value restaurants and Coles supermarket. There is plentiful and easy street parking immediately outside.

I actually loved this place it was such beautiful energy and really pretty I felt I stepped into the secret garden, if I go back to Melbs again I'd stay there for sure!

There are no closets and no hanging places to put clothes. Very uncomfortable if you are there for more than couple of days.

The design of the room is very beautiful, just like in the pictures. There is a separate privet entrance, which is convenient. There is a kitchenette and a shower. We did not meet the owner, but communication with him, via Booking's mailbox, was good and he responded quickly to any request. The location is very convenient, close to public transportation. Very suitable for a one-night stay. Much less convenient for a longer stay because there are no wardrobe to store clothes in or a place to hang them.

Fridge froze our food. Everything else was excellent.

Well-located in quiet street with heaps of on-street parking. Super clean. Super comfortable bed. Beautifully finished with great atmosphere. Gorgeous natural light and greenery. Private entry to room. Owner responds quickly to any messages.
