There was very limited secure parking but we did find a spot out the front in the road. Only negative thing about the room was we couldn’t connect to live TV but all the streaming services worked well

It could be more equipment in the kitchen. The baby bed works but not amazing.

We liked the location close to the city, the swimming pool and the easy covered parking. The room is very cute too. And the personnel was so welcoming.

It wasn’t clear if breakfast was provided although there was plenty of bread, muesli and coffee pods provided in the communal kitchen area. Also some decaffeinated coffee pods would have been lovely.

We loved the style and decor of the room and bathroom facilities. We also loved the outdoor seating areas and pool.

The limited number of off-street parking spaces with a first in policy.

Great Location with a lovely pool, though the water was cold in April it was refreshing. The shared kitchen with provisions for a basic breakfast was a bonus.

There was nothing we didn’t like. The only comment I can make is I would have liked conditioner and body lotion in the bathroom.

The room are lovely and spacious and the decor was beautiful. Lovely large decking area outside with view of the pool. Easy 10 minute walk into town / beach.

Lovely and beautiful room. Very easy check-in process. The stay is tucked away in a quiet area, but still in walking distance to the center. We loved it here.

However—we were not met by any property manager or staff. Only the cleaner was seen—once. The pool fountain was not turned on in the daytime and there was still a Christmas themed lightscape on the pool feature wall at night…great for Xmas, not so much for late January. Our hand shower was broken and although the cleaner tried to help, nothing was done about it for the entire stay which is disappointing when you need to avoid getting your hair wet.

The privacy and small boutique nature of this property is why we booked it again.

Communication was poor - I called and left a message a day in advance and also sent a text message on check in day to ask about the possibility of an early check in but had no response. Thankfully wasn't an emergency but I was unimpressed by the complete lack of response.

Great little one bed apartment for travelling with my baby - I could put him to sleep in the bedroom and had the lounge area to relax in which was great.

Close proximity to neighbours therefore gates banging constantly and Azur customers in the pool late at night. Fruit in kitchen was old. No shower gel in bathroom and couldn’t check in till 2.30 as the staff said the rain held them up.

Cleanliness was an issue in our unit (#5): The door of unit had dirt on it, the kitchen top was not wiped down and the wine glasses had wine stains

Think of this as a luxury hostel in an excellent location. Was lovely being able to walk to and from the beach and CBD with minimal fuss. Rooms have everything you need and was was clean and comfortable. Really Enjoyed our stay.

The safe box didn’t work, which I didn’t like as I had jewellery I wanted protected and there was none of the following provided in the room: - No Body Lotion - No Hair Conditioner - No Tissues Basics that you’d expect when you’re paying good money for a 4 star property. We stayed for 7 days and although we got fresh towels when we asked the staff member responsible for cleaning the room didn’t clean our water glasses or tea cups that needed to be washed or replaced. She was very too quick to clean properly and we were disappointed with her service.

The room was spacious and there was plenty of space on the deck outside the room also to us. The pool area was nice also and lounge area ok.
