It was difficult to find due to road works in the area but that was not the hotel's problem really

The staqff were excellent during our 1 night stay and anticipated our needs before we knew what thwey were! Food was good and reasonably priced. I would choose this hotel again and would like to stay longer than n1 night

The Resort was very relaxing. Staff very helpful polite, friendly. Able to advise about activities. Nothing was a bother! Food was wonderful! Older style resort …easy to get around. The lifts were very quick. Beachfront. Nice to be able to walk on the sand though not a beach to swim as lots of rips. Lots of bird life… cheeky Kookaburra flew into our room!

Bar/food closes way too early. We wanted to get a drink at the bar on a Saturday night and it was closed before 9pm. Also the AC in our room didn’t work but we just slept with the balcony open.

It’s a lovely property. Great amenities even though we didn’t use much. Close to the beach for a great morning walk. Our room was great and we had a nice updated bathroom with seperate shower and bath. Shower pressure was also great. Beds were comfortable and extra pillows were available. Breakfast was so so but convenient. Check in was easy and quick.

Poor access from the highway. I felt that I should have been warned about that. Menu choices limited got our tastes. Generally, it felt a bit tired. Coffee machine in the dining room was out of order.

Was only there for a quick stay but couldn't fault anything.. if I was picky the bathroom needed an upgrade to match the rest of the room and resort.. but the shower had great pressure so can't really complain..

When we arrived (later than we would like to due to 45 min delay in traffic, unforseen, the lady that took the orders for food was very rude and unpleasant the way she made us feel. We did not feel welcome at all and took some our food up to the room. Our TV did not work and we had somebody fixed it in the morning. The hand towel had oil marks on.

Not the fault of the property but we had really loud neighbours who partied into the night with singing and slamming doors into the early hours of the morning. Due to weather there were a lot of tiny cockroaches in our room.

Clean and well presented room. The casual dubbing was good fit a quick meal. A good stop for the night to break up a long trip.

It's a bit dated as a hotel, but it's very nice.

Front reception were lovely, room was clean except for a hair on the bed (which, granted, could have been mine), everyone was nice and the whole vibe of the place was pleasant. Giant chess board, pool, 90's arcade were all great. Restaurant served delicious food. Shower pressure was awesome.

If driving be aware of roadworks going on and ask hotel prior to arrival for directions. Roadworks are noticeable at all beyond driveway entrance. Requires an update, especially bathrooms (grouting).

Staff are consistently good and professional, warm greetings and efficient. Location is convenient from both Brisbane and Sydney. The beach feels very private, is clean and perfect views. Child friendly, however, good for single &/or non-child travellers.
