We struggled with the “how to find” the property instructions we were given, l should have done more research !

It’s easier to state what we didn’t like about the cabin, everything within the cabin is extremely well considered, the owner eye for detail in catering for what guests may need to make their stay comfortable is 5 star. The location is amazing & rustic allowing easier access to the beach. The cabin is a self check in property and we were given detailed instructions prior to our arrival.

Location could not have been better. Accommodation was luxurious, comfortable, clean and off the beaten track. Breakfast was perfect. Walks at front door were spectacular, especially the Fluted Cape Walk. Host very approachable and organised.

Such a beautiful place, the tranquility, location, the views. The best of both worlds - bush and ocean, nice walks, heaps of wildlife and the cabin was just incredibly comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The bed was comfy. The styling was beautiful with quality fittings. The crystal lights and crystals were my favourite and the little waterfall outside was very serene. . The location was great. It was secluded.and it has a nice view between the trees. Lovely deck. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay.

Perhaps a decent broom and maybe a small mop and bucket - also a couple of convection baking dishes would have been handy - also dishwasher tabs should be provided

No WIFI which was a shame especially since we had rainy weather during our stay, limited things to do in the cabin. Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube, but no internet so couldn't use. No iron or ironing board. Would also be nice to have included breakfast provisions especially at the price we're paying. Small things which I feel would really make the place a 5 star!

Cosy, luxe and romantic cabin right near the beach and at the heart of Adventure Bay. As we drove up we were greeted by numerous wallabies, kangaroos and rabbits! Drive slowly coming in and out especially at dark!! There is a nice walking track just outside the cabin by the beach. The space had a very luxe feel! The complimentary chocolates was a nice touch. Spa bath was amazing! Fireplace was so nice especially on the cold days we had! The bed was SO COMFY and the rugs and blankets were heaven!! Heated towel rack was great! There is a kitchen so makes cooking easy. The closest cafe/restaurant is around 30 mins drive away so we stopped by the grocery store down the road and bought some easy breakfast and snacks for the next few days.

we had a fantastic stay in this well designed and beautifully styled cabin. it was total luxury and we would recommend staying a couple of nights.

This place should definitely come with a warning that you need more than a couple of nights. I could have happily stayed for a week.

This property is absolutely stunning! We were in awe from the moment we drove through the front gate and up the driveway. The attention to detail on every little aspect of this newly built cabin is fantastic. The owner was quick to assist with enquiries. We enjoyed using the kitchen with supplies we had brought from the mainland, plus a few extra special touches from Bruny (Wine, Cheese, Oysters, Sourdough). The cosy fireplace, the bath with a view, the outdoor seating area, the extremely comfortable bed or the views directly over the ocean all come together to make this getaway perfect.

Bruny Island Secrets Retreat is a secluded gem! The cabin is nestled amongst the forest of South Bruny National Park. Every luxury and amenity is available to you - from the beautiful lighting, homewares, water features, spa bath and the design features… it’s just incredible! Hearing the waves and the views from the deck were highlights for us! Mish was wonderful, checking in with us and assisting when needed! Highly recommend this piece of paradise!
