Pools had cold water!! It’s winter!!

Very relaxing environment and atmosphere

One of the kids sheets was grubby. Bbq igniters weren’t working. I had to ask for assistance rather than notifying me and giving me a lighter. Had to ask for the towels and sponges. TV in bedroom could not properly connect to Netflix. Had to do a hotspot and use my data to connect. Games room closes 1700 which is a disappointment. Nothing to do after 1700 in terms of facilities. Bunk beds not made.

Location was nice. Rooms were clean. Staff were very attentive via messaging however an acknowledgment with a ‘hello how are you?’ Goes a long way. The lady in the kiosk/cafe was very nice, friendly. Feel bad for her as she was working on her own.

Very well maintained park. Cabin Prices were very good. Cabins were equipped with everything and than more.

5 o'clock stop for some of the facilities was a bit annoying for my son who goes a lot later than that. The arcade games were mostly claw games which wasted my money. The kitchen could have had some more utensils. There were a few things in the lodge that should have been fixed - blinds especially. More tv channels in the lounge room than the bedroom would have been useful, but wasn't a big thing...

Facilities and location were great. Animals were wonderful to be near. The staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Staff were impatient and not very understanding as we had 3 codes to access park and kept getting them mixed up staff were getting impatient as we asked few times what codes were used and what wasnt used. Wasn't a good experience other than that park was beautiful.

Just one thing we forgot to metion to the reception staff that the main stove top was leaking gas and we wwere not able to use it and gas smell was really terrible and dangerous.

As it was BIG4 family park, we felt very comfortable with our 7yo boy. He enjoyed scooter riding around the park and everyone being really respectable for little kids and family.

It’s amazing for families and kids

Two families (2 adults 2 kids each) stayed in the villa. We couldn't find enough kitchen utensils and cookware for 8 people. Would have been nice if more cleaning materials were provided. The beds were very comfortable, but pillows can be bit lower.

We stayed in a lakeview luxury villa during July school holidays. The villa was new and tidy. The view was nice and the location was good. We liked the facilities provided by the holiday park. The pool looked very inviting but we couldn't use the pool as the water was still pretty cold. We loved our morning visitors, including kangaroos, ducks and lorikeets.

In a great quiet location, great for families and to just watch the time go by. Plenty to do onsite and close to river and lake.

2 bed cabin was lovely , clean ,comfy

Our cabin hadn’t been cleaned when we checked in, however the staff acted quickly to rectify the situation.

Great location, it was quiet and peaceful with lots of native wildlife to enjoy. Beds were spacious and comfortable.

The shower isn't the best

Location was really nice. All the needed amenities. I stayed in a lagoon lodge which was lovely to wake up to with the turtles, ducks and eels swimming around. Close walking distance to the lake, boat ramp, fishing spots and the local bowlo. Theres a nice pool, kids splash area and the beach is just down the road

Absolutely beautiful place to stay . The cabins were huge and the beds were comfortable . And the facilities were nothing short of amazing . If you have a family it would be easy to stay put for the day and the kids are entertained.

No one answered my after hour call when I stayed in the property. The map given to me in the check in envelope showed a wrong location of the cabin.
