You have to take pretty much everything with you: toilet paper, trash bags, etc, as there's nothing to spare. There's no indication of this in the publication. Same with the aircon, only available in the living room downstairs and in the main bedroom, but the other two bedrooms only feature a ceiling fan, so it was pretty hot to sleep for those in secondary rooms. In the main bedroom, the blind fell over when closing them at night, and in one of the toilets the light was very poor. Don't know, for the price paid, I was expecting not to be dealing with these kind of stuff.

The location, right next to the access to the beach is unbeatable! The house is big and it was clean, also comfortable beds, sofas and chairs. The posibility to park in the garage is also a plus.

We really needed an extra towel each. Door mats at all doors are needed. This would stop sand and dirt being walked into the house. The hose at the side was adequate for washing sand from feet but then had to walk through some lawn and dirt to get to the tiled area near the door. A portable/folding clothes drying rack in the garage would be great for drying towels and clothes when raining outside.

Fabulous location 100 m from the beach. Beautiful safe neighborhood in a quiet cul de sac. Large clean modern townhouse. We were a party of 6 (3 married couples). It was very comfortable for our party. Large 2 car garage. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, washing powder, and dishwashing powder all provided. Great communication with the office staff re checking in and checking out.

The kitchen was well fitted out, but you need to bring basic kitchen requirements with you, salt and pepper, spray oil etc. The bbq grill needed to be cleaned before use.

Unit was unlocked with keys inside, so very convenient. Modern, clean comfortable unit, lots of space. Large outdoor bbq was great for self catering. Great location, 50m walk to beach access. Very quiet peaceful beach location well away from any through roads. Pet friendly is a big plus for us, our little dog enjoyed the beach.

Was disappointed with the cleanliness of the house- kitchen cupboards were dirty. Glass doors had fingerprints, fans were dirty. (Unfortunately I am a cleaner 🥴) Was disappointed with the lack of condiments & only one dishwasher tablet for 2 nights stay.

Air-conditioning only downstairs. And in main bedroom upstairs.The 2 upstairs bedrooms NEED AIRCON as it was a sauna especially in that 3rd bedroom. Window coverings, on the west side of house might help somewhat!? None in kitchen, or that study? downstairs...pr upstairs window opposite that 3rd bedroom! We ended up using linen & pegs for those windows....to try to keep that heat out! And dragging a matress downstairs into that study for some reprieve.Sad, other wise a nice unit!
