Cabins need a face lift/Reno. Very dated and some things falling apart. Bbq area could do with a little maintenance also, has lots of red backs on the tables and benches.

Nice quiet location, friendly staff, park and grassed area for the kids, bbq facilities and laundry...also loved the book exchange idea at the bbq area.

The queen bed was the hardest bed . It was like sleeping on the floor . Would be so nice to have a bit of money put into the main bed . So stuffy felt it needed a sml aircon .

The air conditioning wasn't working and just happen to be on 3 hot days trip, I wasn't sure on the 1st day, 2nd day wasn't too bad, then only really worried about it on the 3rd day because it was so hot, but too late to do anything about it.

Quite, nice little chalet with all you need for a quick stay, for longer more crockery, tableware would be needed Easy access in and out, good parking space

We didn't like the bedsheets, they were super scratchy, not soft at all, felt like sandpaper under my cheek.

We liked the little cabin we stayed and lots of families with their kids around and playground close to the cabin. Cabin itself was nice and the best part was the shower. Water pressure was amazing in the shower.

Instructions on how to hob worked in the room. There are no markings on the knobs so couldn't tell which hob was on or what level of heat it was on, making even the most basic cooking difficult.

There was no hair dryer in the bathroom The TV was too small, couldn't read a USB, and had a poor quality The mattress was not comfortable It was better to provide an electric kettle

The whole area was very lovely and green. I liked the table and seats on the porch, where we could have a pleasant meal or drink. I was very satisfied with the after-hour check-in service

The TV remote did not work even after Cheryl replaced the batteries for us. The windows were filthy and there was a cobweb right by the door entrance. ( I don't like spiders). the small bin in the toilet had a dusty lid. the shower flooring was very slippery, i was very worried about falling.

I liked the friendliness of the manager Cheryl who was very helpful and pleasant.

Spider webs quite thick on the top windows, some corner sealing, but I don't mind Spider, so I can blend in ☺️

the first cabin they tried to put us into was already occupied and we had to go back to reception the next cabin was larger but very run down and dusty the tv was intermittent and there was someones medication left in one of the cupboards!!!

not much, there were trees in the site and some wild life it was relatively quiet at night

Toilet blocked at unit where we stayed, it happend over a weekend. Could not locate anyone to help, we had to use the communal toilets in the middle of the park. We had to walk in the rain to get to. Managed to talk to reception on Monday they moved us to the unit next door but it wasn't cleaned yet, we ended up moving our belongings in the night as no one called us to tell us the unit was ready as they said they would. Meanwhile we're using and paying a unit for 2 and half days that we can not use the bathroom as the shower also started to do a slow drain and not blocked just to be told it is a normal for that unit they have tried everything and the drains keeps blocking. When we we're in the new unit the gate could not shut or lock, I again visited the reception after a few attempts and explained that I'm now living in there by myself and do not feel safe and on top of that when the winds are strong which is almost every night the safety gate would bang open and close. The receptionist said she would let the manager know and they will get on it. It never got fixed, I ended up wedging it with a chair.

The beds was very comfortable and the units were clean.
