Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Beautifully renovated apartment walking distance to restaurants and beach. Thoughtfully appointed- makeup remover pads, cotton buds, card games,insect repellent and stocked medicine cabinet provided. Quality handwashes and lotions. This felt like a home away from home. Our Balcony overlooked the pool. Allocated undercover parking which is always a bonus. We enjoyed our stay here. Easy check in check out process. We would highly recommend this property. Hostess was lovely.

We absolutely loved our stay at Arby's. The apartment has been tastefully renovated with a modern costal boho feel. The bed and linen were gorgeous and super comfy. The apartment has a great view of the river. We enjoyed many beautiful sunsets on the balcony soaking it all in. Roxanne was super friendly and helpful getting us in early and recommending local eateries, etc. Would definitely stay here again

There wasn't anything not to like.
We had a great view from our apartment, overlooking the pool and north to Mt Coolum. Our unit was beautifully presented in a coastal theme. It was large and very clean and had all the facilities we needed.

It was very expensive for that apartment. We did some comparison whilst there for our next visit. This apartment was not a one bedroom apartment it was all in one. We could have got a two bedroom apartment in a high rise for cheaper with better amenities and location.
Roxanne the host was so nice It was very clean and had everything you needed and more.

The fabulous views from every part of the apartment, really close proximity to the beach and city centre, the furnishings, styling and layout were gorgeous. The attention to every tiny detail, the directions and information provided, and the overall thoughtfulness and helpfulness of Roxanne was just great!!! We loved everything there, we really relaxed, and definitely highly recommend. Plus, a fabulously comfortable king-sized bed (as i have back issues this is very important to me) and very fluffy thick towels :)

Everything was good.

Nothing really although small details like milk in the fridge (pretty much standard everywhere now) and maybe a lamp or candies or some other personal touches.
Lovely light and airy apartment with all amenities. The hostess was great and everything worked well with checking in etc. The location was terrific, close to everything.
