Great location walking distance to beach and nice food options. Weather was not great for us but the pool area and complex facilities looked like fun.

Unit was out dated but easy for families. The lounge was really dirty and needed a dry clean, there was only one glass to drink from the rest were plastic or some champagne glasses, there was only one roll of toilet paper in each toilet. These this could be easily improved.

Great location, great view from the unit and facilities were great.

Great 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and full kitchen balcony etc Yes the decor is slightly old as we notes in other feedback but it was clean comfortable and functional The outdoor facilities are superb and we absolutely love the pool facility

Was all great for what I paid for 7 nights. Only down fall having to pick up keys in Mooloolaba and then having to return them there on check out. I’m glad I was able to borrow a car and not catch a taxi or Uber.

Perfect location. Room was clean. Well equipped. Outdated but still very good for the price. Resort had a great playground, pool & gym facilities. Will be great if the restaurant downstairs reopens.

The rooms were not cleaned properly the couches were stained and uncomfortable the tv remotes had flat batteries lack of fry pans to cook with dishes weren’t clean coffee cups needed replacing they were stained

The room is old and outdated, we had to clean the spa before even throught about using it, which we didn't as who takes that kind of cleaning products on holidays. The dishes too were dirty and had no choice but to wash up before we could cook dinner. Overall, this is our second time staying in this resort, and both times, I have now scored the cleaness as poor. Staying here, there should be a warning pack cleaning products, which include paper towel, dish liquid, and toilet paper, as we were told that they will only supply 1 of everything these days. So that's a lot to pack for a quick or sponutes 2-day trip.

The location is perfect park and relax you have everything right at your fingertips. The pool is so large and can always fine your own piece of paradise. The restaurant was so nice and great prices, and you had other options to eat close by that you don't need to get in your car.

Providing hotel shampoo & conditioner would be greatly appreciated (even though it is in the accommodation description as not being provided, for some one who skimmed provisions and assumed shampoo was standard for hotels, I was caught out). Having the cleaner remove the rubbish (as waste centre was not immediately easy to find) and unstacking the dishwasher as part of their cleaning role would be ideal. Not being able to leave keys inside the hotel as you leave was inconvenient as the office is located some distance (driving distance) from the hotel.

Comfortable beds. Excellent location. Very friendly staff.

Upstairs bedroom light wasn't working. Toilet door broken from the inside. Fan wasn't working. Couldn't find wifi password. I was told it was room 12 because keycard had 12 but there's wasn't any 12 around. The office was closed by the time we got the keys. Staff at the resort were really rude and not helpful at all. Somehow we managed having a screaming toddler. At least location was great and hotel facilities are good especially pool area. .

I have stayed at this resort before booking via the resort, but wouldn't recommend room 317 which is privately owned and booking via an agent. Not up to the same standard. Picking up key from wharf and dropping off isn't convenient.

Location is very good. The resort grounds and pools are beautiful.
