Great location, tram just across the road, walking distance to beach and shops. Lovely relaxing apartments. Bed was a little hard for my liking and the fold out bed was a bit difficult.

No toilet in ensuite

Needed to aks for plunger cause the bathroom shower blocked up, water pressure and tell very low Out dated feel these days , it’s same or worst 10 years ago when I last stayed

The customer service was awful waited in the reception desk for 20mins just so we could check in(there was no one in front desk rang the bell multiple times no one came) the guy that check us in didn’t even bother to check on the system that I’ve paid in advance & tried to make me pay again when I told him I’ve already paid. At this point I was getting annoyed and to top it off the room that we got was horrible it had a funky smell the toilet seat was broken. I ask if we could change rooms because that is not what I’ve paid for !! They refuse to move me & my partner to another room unless we paid extra 😡. I was so disappointed I thought I would love this hotel from most of the reviews I guess I was wrong I do not recommend!!!

Great location (5 - 10min walk to Cavill Avenue), lovely indoor pool, onsite parking.

Tried to call the hotel multiple times using the google business page call button, no one answered and the hold music was just a loud high pitched alarm noise that continued for 2 minutes straight then hung up. Tried to check in at 2PM but there was no one at reception - stayed for 2 nights and never saw anyone at reception. Room smelled old and mouldy, no air conditioning, no fly screens and mould on bed sheets.

Nice view, good price

The location was perfect for us. We were so close to the beach and local transportation! We stayed in a large apartment that had everything we needed. The facilities are nice. They had two amazing pools - we used the indoor one. It even had a spa and sauna.

There was a glass coffee table we would constantly trip into 😂

This establishment is an absolute disgrace. Arrived for a 2pm check in on Friday of the airshow to be told by Kyle that our double bedroom unit wasn't available due to leaking & mould with absolutely no notice & then we were ripped off $300 by the sneaky staff at the hotel. You guys are a fucking disgrace. You've been warned people. Don't bother with this hotel, ever!

I liked the views,close to the tram line. The 1st room I was in was so spacious 6th floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Then 2nd room bit smaller but still was good big verandah,everything you need & great view of ocean Rooms were clean and nothing like what I read had air con and fans

The noise from highway & garbage Truck at 4am that was it
