The Queen bed was to soft and we rolled into the middle I found it very uncomfortable. We ended up sleeping in the other bed. Which is smaller but harder

It needs deep clean - while the surfaces and floors were ok, things like the window ledges, door tracks, screen door were all quite bad. We also arrived to food mess in microwave and a dirty bbq but this was quickly fixed for us when we called and advised the manager who was very obliging. Another thing that could have been a problem had we not been with close friends was that the second bedroom is only separated from the living space by a louvre screen - not an actual wall. Also, the bathrooms had a gap in the wall which meant there was no sound proofing at all between the two bathrooms - not very private!!

Uncomfortable beds and pillows. Narrow driveway and garage. Convection microwave combination oven. Very small ensuite off bed 2. Unnamed keys - not knowing which one was for screen door, main door or garage. Internal stairs carpeted however carpet not attached to a couple of stairs making it slippery.

The unit has not had a decent clean in a long while .Under beds and couches very dirty ( Lollies under couch,beer lid beside toaster which had not been emptied in ages)I have a bad back (I'm 70) and cant vacuum so went to sweep a broom broken in 2 .All door slides very dirty( pics were taken) it all just made a unit that was promised 5star experience feel very dirty. The couch was very stained and cushions could definitely do with either washing or replacing. There was no blanket or doona in second bedroom, contacted owner who said it was there when unit last cleaned. Luckily we had a blanket in car . Also not up to law ...fire alarms not fitted properly 😒

The veiw was amazing and the apartment was supplied with everything you need. We had a lovely stay at the location and would return to the area on a future holiday. The apartment was not totally as advertised but the veiw and area was ideal for us. There were stains on the sofa, one of the sinks in the main bathroom leaked and the partition on the second bedroom needed mending. The toilet lid hit the back wall when opened, which made a noise. These issues could be easily fixed and may have been already. There were quite a lot of stairs to the apartment which we struggled with our luggage. I did send photos of the problems to the letting agents as we didn't want to be accused of anything. They thanked me for the information and said the sofas had been cleaned. After saying this, we had a wonderful time at this great location. It was just not as luxurious as we expected it to be after reading the advert.
