My room was so light. It didn't get dark. I awoke at 3:30 a.m., and it was so light that I got up and ready to leave only to go outside and realise it was actually pitch black outside. Parking on site is very difficult.

Staff were welcoming. The room was clean. Hotel information pack in room was well put together.

The TV and streaming services were a bit unreliable due to the new system not being optimised.

A large comfortable room with all the amenties for a comfortable stay. This hotel is close to the Bundaberg railway station, and the Bundaberg city centre. Staying here was a last minute decision and was very suitable for a one night stay.

Not the motels fault yet it and nearly every motel I saw in Bundaberg is surrounded by noise , main road , sirens , horns blowing , some burnouts , Plains and unless you have google maps or something similar this is not an easy city to get around

like all people we expect clean rooms , friendly staff , good value for money this motel provides these things , plus if you ask you may receive a ground floor room

Parking is tight! There is street parking if you have a really large vehicle. Rooms are a bit tired, but they are comfortable and had everything we needed.

Great location within walking distance to Bundaberg Central shops, train station, food, and zoo. We expected it to be noisy but was super quiet and we got good sleep. Loved that it had free Foxtel and wifi. Good shower. Room had enough cups, plates, etc, and also a bar fridge and microwave. Bottle shop on the corner of the road and pizza shop across the main road. Everything was convenient. There is a pool on site, but we didnt use it.

All the windows were darkened, which made it look very somber. Some window didn’t open properly. It all looked a bit tired.

The pillows were very hard or very flat. I ended up buying my own for my second night. The bed was hard, even with the mattress topper. Although the website and the manager said "enough car parking for all rooms", I could't get a park on the property on the first night. I recommend allocating parking spaces for each unit please.

The room was large and spacious and there was a spa in the bathroom. There was a separate table and chairs, as well as a 2 seat sofa. The room was very clean. The manager attended to an unexpectedwater leak from the airconditioner promptly. Close to the Alexander Park (and Zoo). Fairly central to everything in Bundaberg.

We were in a room with an adjoining room. The people next door were loud and had a yipping dog. Luckily, neither the people nor dog stayed up TOO late. No one on site after 6pm so if you don’t have phone access you are kind of screwed.

The property was clean and comfortable. Check in seemed to close at 6pm but instructions and kiosk for check in was very easy and communication was good.
