Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

WIFI - virtually nonexisting. Walls very thin - you hear everything going on in bathroom, changed sheets after 7 days - we stayed 9 - why not in the middle of the stay

It was a little noisy when the water turns on and off...an ant problem in the kitchen but spray provided. Next time i would ask for ground floor

Location and Reception. Pool was not heated.

A good size space for a family and a very convenient location. We arrived after hours but had received easy to follow instructions on how to get our key and get in.

The only negative was mould in the bathroom window seal and shower grout. Otherwise everything was wonderful!
Great spot, close to walking paths! Quiet and pleasant during the day and night. Comfortable and great space for bringing a dog, had a little backyard.

Fiddly getting the door code, texted on the day of arrival. Email earlier would be easier. Parking a bit squishy for a fully packed 4wd.

I booked two queen / double rooms but when we arrived we had one queen and a single ,and I hadn’t realised. If we hadn’t already unpacked I would have asked to move but the tiny stairs are too much to lug stuff up and down but it was a pain

Not well sound proofed as the sound of neighbours running the heating over night could be easily heard. The lack of soap for hand washing in the bathroom struck me as unusual.
Comfortable, well appointed apartment. Good location near the centre of town.

The steep stairs up to the unit, as we were travelling with a couple in there early 80s and getting the luggage up was difficult

We didn’t get sent check in details - no code to the gate or how to find keys etc so it was a confusing start - but helpful staff when we called the mobile number on the gate who came and sorted us out.

during busy time can't stay because of minimum 2 nite stay so don't stay when driving south other than Christmas time
its great during Christmas period when you don't have to pay for two nites - its great because of outside space for dog .. rooms are fine - comfortable enough and have everything you need

Toilet made weird noise when cistern was refilling with water

They left the lighter next to the coffee machine which lead to my son burning the blind. Lucky no human and animal were harm. I thought kids friendly lighter and fires accessories should be out of reach for kids. I did hide the knives but didn't know lighter existed. Had to pay for cleaning extra as it was messy. I'm just putting the lamps on the floor and dirt on floor. And for the mosiquote screen which was damage and got further damage and something on kitchen top. Just take a photo before you enter, and exist is the good way of retifying the issue. My fault next time I make sure everything is tidy before I leave or get a cleaner who can do my job.
The ability to find the accommodation asap when I was stuck in alice spring due to the insurance company not fixing my car. Doggy friendly accommodation .good for couples and older kids . The place is allergic free Thanks so much for your help
