Guests upstairs woke us up at 4.30am as one had locked themselves out and calling out next to our room/door, then they proceeded to talk at the top of their voices for another 5mins or so. No regards for others and they were staying above us. The way the rooms configured with TV to left side of bed means you can't watch TV in bed. That was disappointing..

Really friendly guys at reception/winebar - who also have great reasonably priced wine and food. Location was at back of wine bar, not easy if you need assistance. Room was warm and very clean. Well stocked with crockery but bit over the top. I would have preferred a couple of herbal teas.

The location is central to good restaurants, and hotels, and the Bendigo Art Gallery. Parking off street provided, room was cosy, warm, bed was comfortable, fridge, and cutlery, crockery etc excellent, so we could do our own breakfast.

The hot water in the shower ran out after 2 minutes.

The location was convenient to all local attractions. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The aesthetics of the place, building and restaurant/bar was impressive.

Our room was missing a blind above the door so we had to drape a towel to block out the light. Limited off street parking and it is very tight for large cars.

The ensuite was tiny, and the room could have had another chair, a bench for bags. It lacked finishing touches for ease of function in a tight space, such as additional shelving. Pillows were of the same type, offering no variation on firmness.

The location was brilliant for us, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The mulled wine was SO delicious!😁

I found the water in the shower didn't stay hot for long. It was very hot when I turned on the shower, added the cold which overpowered the hot water, turned the cold water down and got the right temperature and then the water didn't stay warm. I ended up having a quick shower.

It was a cold day and night in Bendigo but I was snug in Room 3 which is on the ground floor. I hate being overly hot but the heating was perfect for me. Plus there was a door dog to block out any draughts coming through the main door. Bed was comfortable. I did wonder how noisy it would get in warmer months with the tables and chairs outside the room. I've had lunch at Wine Bank on a previous visit to Bendigo so I knew food was good and thoroughly enjoyed Mexican dinner this time.

We had room 3 right next to an outside light that was on all night , the blinds did not fit the windows and let the light in all night . The shower water pressure was an absolute joke

Moderate sized room for one person, (might be small for two) Very clean and luxurious. The heater was on for me so it was nice to get into a warm room. The Bathroom was very clean just a bit cramped
