Our room was close to the main road so the traffic could be bothersome for some. In the evening though it is not a problem as the traffic dies off. There are rooms closer to the river that would likely be a better option if the daytime traffic was an issue.

Comfortable room at a nice location by the river. Although we didn’t use them, the in-site facilities (outdoor bbq area with tv, pool table and other things for use) looked excellent and would be great to use for a longer stay. The owners are wonderful and friendly as well as their happy dog who greeted us.

Narelle was so accommodating, I booked last minute and she made sure I was comfortable. So friendly and welcoming! Will stay here again and have already told numerous people how nice the room and experience was. Had a great sleep and rebooking on my next trip in the near future

If you are a light sleeper you may find the traffic wakes you up as this place is on the Alpine Highway - it didn't impact my husband who slept like a log in the very comfortable bed! Otherwise it is a great place to stay, right on the river.

This was a great place to stay to see Bright and surrounding areas. Porepunkah is a cute little town with beautiful autumn foliage and its own coffee spot. Narelle was the best host, so helpful and had great suggestions of things to do.

This place was a fantastic find! My family and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Narelle was incredibly friendly and very welcoming. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and warm. A great location, close enough to be a short drive away but far enough to avoid too much hustle and bustle.

Was a very cute location. Definitely need a vehicle to get anywhere else but it was nice and quiet. Went to reception and then was met at our cabin door with the key.

The management (Narelle and Steve) are so friendly and helpful. There is a beautiful setting for the cottages and such a peaceful environment. THis was our second time and we will be back again.

Right near a main road was a little noisy, but not too much traffic late at night - earplugs worked well for that though.

The location was beautiful - right by the river with a nice outside communal area and a flowing creek with ponds and fish. The cabin was comfortable with everything I needed, and surprised that there was air conditioning (the room listing stated there wasn't A/C).

Everything was fabulous! No complaints at all.

Narelle was the best, she put every effort into us enjoying our stay. She greeted us like friends when we arrived and gave us advice and tips on how to make the most of our stay (even remembering I had said it was a weekend away for my husband's birthday!). The accommodation was clean and exactly what we needed for a short stay. The location by the river was just beautiful, with a lovely winery walking distance from the accommodation. Not that we ended up walking because the lovely Narelle gave us a lift! She really went above and beyond. We are already planning on coming back again with the kids, there is a playground and BBQ facilities we didn't use this time that they would love. And it's nice and close to the rail trail. We will definitely be back!

The gardens are amazing with the fish ponds - awesome outdoor kitchen and bbq area with a pizza oven - on the river and you can swim in river

Narelle was so welcoming and friendly. The accommodation was lovely and had everything I needed. She offered a late check out that really assisted me with my trip and scheduling. Was made to feel very comfortable and I would highly recommend staying here. Would stay again.

The proximity to the river and the front cabins. The openness of the lawns and gardens. The development of the water features. The quality of the outside kitchen utensils, cooking equipment, children's playground and the evidence of thoughtful design in everything that overcomes the ordinariness of the cabins themselves. In addition we enjoyed the friendly can-do attitude of the host in both the emails she sent and when we arrived.

Location was fantastic right on the river. The gardens were beautiful are the staff were great, very helpful and accommodating. Plenty of family games and activities to do and a great outside BBQ area.
