I actually liked every part of my stay.

I liked that everything was clearly marked. This was the first time that I had been in accommodation where it was rooms in a house, so I was a little unsure of what to expect. You really can't go wrong. Rosanne has thought of everything and I felt very comfortable. The room itself was well equipped too, it had a heater and a fan to accommodate whatever needs a person has. I liked the porch out the front to sit and relax. I also liked that the bedroom doors locked.

Everything at this stay was ideal, we had been traveling from hostel to hostel and this house felt like a home from home. We enjoyed relaxing in incredibly clean and well looked after home.The location was great with a bus just down the street to the city centre in about 10 mins and a Woolworths round the corner. We had everything we needed and more, everything was labeled and had clear instructions ie in the kitchen, which was super helpful. The host Rosanne was so lovely and helpful, We felt so relaxed and would recommend staying here to anybody visiting Brisbane.

The room got very hot during the day and it was quite hard to cool down sometimes. Not sure if there's a duvet on the bed under the bottom sheet but there was lump down the middle of the bed, which wasn't very comfy.

The house was lovely. Loved the water filter in the fridge. The washing machine/dryer downstairs was so handy. Loved having the balcony as well.

Late on weekends buses can get rare. In morning traffic they can get a bit slow. It's not a big deal, but good to realize, because walking to downtown is not quite an option.

It is a wonderful place to stay in Brisbane and get a local vibe by being in a private house. The host is an amazingly nice woman and the place is well-maintained. The bus connection to South Bank is easy. The 24-hr supermarket nearby is a great option.

The location here is a little bit far from central.and we can't find any restaurant nereby to have dinner.

It's easy to get on the public transport however it takes a little long to get to central. Driving/or taking an Uber is significantly quicker.

I had a very good experience at Rosanne's house. The cleanliness is on point, the bed was comfortable, it was easy to get in, very good communication. Rosanne was so lovely providing recommendations, having good chats and even giving me a hat for the day.

Rosanne's house was one of the best places we have ever stayed! From the location to the room, everything was just wonderful! Rosanne is a wonderful hostess and a wonderful person, she was always ready to listen to questions and it was very pleasant to just chat with her. This house also has a cozy kitchen and dining room; cooking was a pleasure! It was an absolute pleasure to be in this house; we also loved sitting on the cozy veranda both day and evening! Now that we've left, we truly miss this place! We hope to visit again!

The host, Rosanne, is very friendly. She tried her best to make us feel convenient and free. We stayed for four nights and felt like we were back at home. Woolworths is within walking distance and has everything in the kitchen, we go back every day to cook for ourselves. It is also very convenient to go to the central area of ​​Brisbane, half an hour's bus ride away. The location of the hotel is relatively out of the way for travelers using public transport.

Its the host and the staff that makes a stay comfortable and I should say we had a pleasant stay. Having stayed at more than a dozen apartments in many parts of the world I should appreciate the efforts taken by Rosanne for the personally crafted guide and hand book and for labelling each and every cabinet cupboard and shelf in the apartment and kitchen. She was very welcoming and helpful . This stay is 100% value for money and I highly recommend it to future guests.
