Location, loved the outlook over the paddock and cows. We were visited by blue wrens, so it was a delight to sit out the front and watch them every day. Loved the outdoor fire pit.

Anitha Studio is such a gem, just a short drive from Perth! The rooms are spacious, well-kept, and offer beautiful views of the paddocks and countryside — perfect for a relaxing getaway with your partner and two large dogs. Our dogs had the time of their lives running through the paddocks and swimming in the dams — a tired dog is a happy dog, right? 😊 We loved winding down by the fire in the evenings, and there’s nothing quite like a flame-grilled steak to top it off! One afternoon, the owners were kind enough to help us arrange for a local chef to come over and prepare some fresh marron — what a treat! Definitely money well spent, and we’d highly recommend it if you get the chance. Just a few minutes away is the charming town of Balingup, and if you’re there, you must check out the local bakery — their traditional Aussie pies are absolutely divine. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday. Wifi seemed a bit hit-and-miss, not a biggie for us.

Great location on an easily accessed road not far from Balingup (not really walkable from town). Lovely views over a field from a slightly elevated position, which also meant that there were a few chill Autumn breezes at night, so wrap up in cooler months. Many thoughtful homely touches, from a delightful little heater to a well equipped kitchen, comfortable couch and great TV. A good sized bedroom with useful storage. Great information about local walks and facilities, and generous welcome gifts from our host. A very enjoyable base for a few days in charming Balingup.

The shower was a bit small, but that was the only thing I didn't like.

We had a fantastic stay at Anahita Studio! The view was absolutely stunning, and the space was cozy and inviting. Our host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even surprising us with treats for our dog, which was such a thoughtful touch. It really made our stay feel special. The only minor thing is that the metal chairs on the verandah weren’t very comfortable but they probably need to be heavy chairs so that they don’t blow away in the breeze. A small price to pay for the stunning views.

The host was very thoughtful when readying the property for our arrival. The Studio is very well furnished and well equipped, particularly in the kitchen. The view from the property is very good and it takes advantage of the natural breeze so very comfortable.

The Studio is really cosy and was nice and warm on arrival. It is very well equipped - the kitchen has everything that is needed to cook meals, the bed is very comfortable and everything is clean. There is a lovely outdoor area with views across the pasture and it's very quiet and peaceful. Janet is very helpful and did everything to make our stay comfortable. There are some lovely touches - milk, cheese and crackers and chocolates in the fridge - and a bottle of wine! And, the Studio is pet friendly which is amazing as there are not many pet friendly places in this area. Our dog really enjoyed staying there too. Its close to town and there are lots of walk trails nearby. The Wifi is very good - so it's a home away from home.

Lovely little studio, with all facilities. Warm and cosy. Best place for our dog, with fully fenced area around the building. She loved it and the cattle!! Beautiful outlook over the surrounding farm land. One of the best stays we have had through Booking.com.

The location was amazing, with beautiful views over the paddocks, hills and farm animals. It was very serene and peaceful, perfect for a recharge. We felt relaxed straight away, and very comfortable with the studio and facilities.

The studio albeit small is very cosy & comfortable. It has all the necessities & more. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, especially our fur baby, she had a ball of a time running around the property. The morning mist & farm animals were lovely to see. The hosts provides you with all the restaurants/walk trails which is very handy, it was also lovely to hear about the history of the farm itself. We have already recommended this place to our friends and there is no doubt we’ll book again in the future. Thank you Janet & Steve for creating a peaceful, welcoming & wholesome environment.
