For a king room they’re still pretty small. Good enough for the one night for us

Cleanliness, quiet location, not too far from everything, continental breakfast is great

Room lights too bright/ cool white, shower and bathroom was too small, the pool is tiny. Hard to mark the room for cleaning. Soundproofing could be improved. Air conditioning is too strong without ability to adjust. Humidifier is very loud (though we are aware it could be turned off).

the bed was comfortable and the sliding door had a screen door which was good to let in some warmer

My balcony was tiny not even room for a chair really and the balcony looked over a noisy and polluted street.

Very functional the option of a room with a kitchen and a double bed and with another bedroom with another double bed.

Very light breakfast with hardly any options. There was nothing cooked.

Large size of the room, well equipped Staff were very friendly and helpful, good at booking tours and other city information Lifts were very quick and efficient Included a basic, but nice breakfast where everything was kept well stocked

The building is a little echoey and sterile - some carpeting in rooms and corridors would help. The self-closing doors are noisy For the well-equipped room the only basin in the bathroom is far too small The balcony is too small to be worth mentioning but the view of the sunset was excellent Having to pay to use the hotel car park

Loved the included breakfast. Lots of choice and got your day off to a great start without any hassle.

Having the TV adjacent to the beautiful big bed, rather than opposite, made it difficult to watch after a big day of tourist activity.

Location was very close to the CBD, bed was comfortable, A/C worked well, staff were friendly

They gave us an adjoining room which was not good as the people in the next room were talking, arguing, playing music until late in the morning and the walls must be thin as you can hear every noise. Breakfast was very basic, don’t service rooms on Sundays. To use underground carport costs you an extra $9 per night.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. The complimentary continental breakfast was a bonus and all we needed.

The bed was a little firmer than we would like, but far from the worst, and the pillows could have been more plush.

The daily room refresh was great. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The continental breakfast was a bonus.

The bathroom is very poky and the room is very narrow. 5 nights there was too long as we felt cooped up when in the room.I imagine $240 per night was because it was festival time. It wasn't awful but I would look.for an apartment next time nearer the harbour. Its a bit of a walk to a coffee shop The staff are friendly

Excellent hotel in a quiet part of the city. Very nice rooms and decent continental breakfast. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Darwin.

Great location for us as we walked into CBD most days. Laundry facilities on-site assisted our 5 days stay before getting on the Ghan

Spa didn't work in section of the pool but wasn't a big deal overall. Nice to cool off in pool

The breakfast room was too cold for me. If they'd opened it up out to the pool, it would have been just right.

Luggage storage before & after checking out. Ease of getting a taxi from the location Staff were very helpful

Breakfast was a bit basic but it worked OK Didn't have any take-away coffee cups when we were picked up early for a tour, which was disappointing
