In our room we only had 1 light working and in our friends room they had 2 lights working out of the 4 ceiling lights, Pools where kind of dirty needs more maintenance, well everything needs more maintenance 😢 crack walls, only 1 drinking glass in our room, pool Max temperature 36dg out side pool 30dg

Breakfast was good simple and plenty nice older man very attentive. We were given a better room on arrival it was bigger but the carpet old and very stained the curtains I’ll fitted and falling apart. The linen was clean and good size bed.

bed had a "hole" where springs were broken. Room was crowded with extra beds .Coffee cups were dirty. Gate was great for overnight security but there was no info on how to get out when we left early next morning. A mobile number on the gate didn't connect, had to walk back to closed reception to get connected to an "emergency" number to get a code .

hot pool was great, gardens lovely except for the mouldy old couch and carpet left out the back. Parking good

The shower had no curtain & the shower head came off when you touched it....water sprayed everywhere!

This was our 3rd visit. We were very disappointed in the temperatures of the pools. Much cooler than on previous visits The pools are why we stayed at this particular motel. Unfortunately probably our last visit to the area as feel reason we visited has changed significantly.

It felt like the cleaning may have been rushed prior to our stay. There was a random empty glass left on the side table and the shower curtain was missing. I later noticed what looked like a shower curtain on a table outside the room.

I picked this motel because of the on-site pools and they did not disappoint.

No towels were left for the pools when we checked in at 4. No bedside lights. No bolt on the front door. The bathroom needed a good clean.

The restaurant and food were the highlight, although it was expensive. The bed was comfortable.

We had a 'Budget' room, so I guess one can't expect a lot but it was VERY small, only had one chair & a tiny window. My husband send it was claustrophobic and reminded him of a prison cell. There was nowhere to wash dishes except in the bathroom, which did not seem very hygenic. We thought it was expensive @ $145

The warm indoor pool was good (didn't use the others) The best thing about the property was its restaurant. There was a good range of dishes, they were reasonably priced, good presentation and taste.

Dated facilities, ended up with eye infection out of pool. Owners stop the flow of water between 11am to 1:30pm, water stagnant. Pools need cleaning, filtering. Room was not cleaned entire stay, including towels beds etc. No cutlery had to chase towels. Rooms need a good clean.

Our room was not cleaned at all or not cleaned well enough. Bathroom smelt, 1” Hole in bathroom fly screen so could leave window open to let out the smell. Kitchen draws had tea or similar there from prior occupant on top face of drawer and on the floor below. Drawers smelt and I didn’t go near the bottom draw in case old food in there.

The bathroom fan & top of shower was dirty, and the lack of a shower curtain was noticeable. The window was also dirty, which detracted from the otherwise nice view. All over the facility could benefit from some TLC And a thorough clean of the whole facility Including the outdoor facilities

Room was not cleaned well, especially the bathroom. The floor was sticky and heaps of hair left on the floor (much like a 70's porn set). The cockroach detector? on the floor was a bit off-putting. No TV reception at all. We were asked if we wanted another room but declined, we could use subscription services, though, but couldn't even use these in the morning (we were leaving anyway). Room was old and dated, could use upgrading. Bed was too soft, sore back in the morning was fixed with drugs. Can't say we'd stay here again, shame really, pools and restaurant are great.

Pools were great after a day of driving, and they also probably have the best restaurant in town.
