Artesian pools - particularly indoor. Excellent quality, presentation of food in restaurant for dinners. Compliments to the chef; very good young man.

Artesian pool flows seemed to have reduced since last visit, but some adjustments at times. Rooms seemed very tired, especially bathroom. Bed / pillows not supportive.

Nice restaurant, but expensive, surf and turf $49 😳 free continental breakfast 👍

In our room we only had 1 light working and in our friends room they had 2 lights working out of the 4 ceiling lights, Pools where kind of dirty needs more maintenance, well everything needs more maintenance 😢 crack walls, only 1 drinking glass in our room, pool Max temperature 36dg out side pool 30dg

Room was absolutely disgusting. Room number 37. Room full of mould. Shower not cleaned hair everywhere. Shower petruid Would never ever stay her again. Man in front counter extremely rude offered another too. Which was not much better and air con did not work to heat room

We have stayed here before and expected better that what we got this trip. We liked the outside seating area at the back of the room.

We didn't like everything. The air conditioner didn't work properly, the kettle has a greasy ring half way up the inside (definitely did not use it as it was disgusting), the microwave was dirty inside and we ate out so we didn't make the mess. The artesian pool was a lot cooler than the last time we were there and appeared to us to be just a normal chlorine heated pool. The restaurant was twice as expensive as every other restaurant in the area. Definitely will not stay here again. Be careful of the milk in the fridge as my husband and I were very sick for hours after drinking the milk. I had to heat a cup of water in the microwave because of the horrible kettle.

It’s needs a face lift, not 4 star accommodation

Room needs work Shower is old and average, the heater had no cover and the double bed had a massive hole on one side to the bottom of the mattress and could not be used. Paid way too much for this room Over priced

It’s was what we needed. The family rooms are neat, tidy and comfortable

The back of the property is not secure

Breakfast was good simple and plenty nice older man very attentive. We were given a better room on arrival it was bigger but the carpet old and very stained the curtains I’ll fitted and falling apart. The linen was clean and good size bed.

Location was good. However, dining room closed on Sundays.

The shower was dripping and almost slipped on the wet floor. When I complained, we were offered a smaller room, evan though there were only a few guests staying. He came and turned off the shower it had been deliberately left on as tap was leaking with water running down the wall. The mirror was dirty, and the power points were just above our heads when we lay on the bed. The hot pool needed a good clean, the steps slippery and leaves on the bottom of the pool.

The spa was very good and refreshing

Room was very dirty and very dusty. Everything was old. During the shower the hot water would run out for around 5 minutes

The room was hard to get into as the door was jamming. The Aircon was not working in our first room. They moved us next door where the Air Con worked a little better We then had to move all our stuff to the other room. However there was soap in the shower with hair stuck to it. The bathroom cupboard was Rotten away.
