Very friendly welcome and all the staff were helpful and cheerful. Apartment was spacious, light, airy and well equipped. Beautiful balcony and the complex felt very safe and relaxed. Great location, close to sea and the main street. Easy, secure parking in basement. And the pièce de resistance was The Pastry Lab on the ground floor - pastries and cakes to die for!

It had not been thoroughly cleaned . Heaps of dust under the beds and behind the beds and tables . It appears the cleaners don’t move furniture to clean .

Perfect spot with everything you need withing walking distance. Bottle shop and bakery in same building even. Excellent facilities including bbq area, pool, spa, sauna, movie room, gym and tennis courts. All in perfect condition and clean. Was very impressed.

Our apartment overlooked the tennis court and, behind it, back of houses with backyards and parked cars - which was not very scenic and, when blinds/curtains were open, did not offer much privacy. It might be good to splurge on an ocenview room. But the balcony was spacious and sliding doors provided a good sound insulation. The bathroom was neat and clean but needed attention to minor details (loose tower rack, shower door hitting toilet if wide open, a few clothes hooks on the wall would help).

This was our return trip & we booked Aspect specifically because we liked it the first time. A nicely apointed spacious apartment, a comfortable king bed, easy to operate TV, well-equipped kitchen and laundry. We did not have much contact with staff as we arrived after hours but they are always nice. We love the location, one block from the main street with plenty of restaurants, shops and well-stocked IGA in one direction & one block from the beach, coastal walk and another cluster of waterfront restaurants in the opposite direction. There is a wonderful French bakery on the ground floor and an Italian restaurant, favored by locals, across the street. We did not have time to use any of the amenities but there is pool, whirlpool, tennis court, gym and sauna.

We hoped for a sea view on higher floors. The air conditioning in the living area was not working but was resolved the following day.

Excellent location and great value for money. The facilities are clean and appear to have been recently renovated, giving them a fresh look. The bed and pillows are comfortable.

Very clean, very close to everything. Great area to explore. Apartment was well equipped, everything was comfortable and it was very peaceful. We'll likely try to get back for a longer stay so that we can see more of the area.

As per my booking we were to have 2 car spaces, we received one space and we had 2 cars. We were to have a king bed, queen bed and two singles. We received a king bed and four singles. Was told if I wanted the beds together to make a queen/king it would cost another $45. I was told this was due to booking through booking.com and was told I should have booked direct through them. However direct they do not offer free cancellation up to a certain date. Apart from this hiccup our stay was fine.
