The meals in the restaurant were great. The steak was divine! Lots of interesting wildlife around It was like staying in a cabin in a camping ground. It would be popular in the summer

The facilities and accommodation interior are a little outdated and some of the activities were a little pricey but otherwise we had fun and enjoyed our stay. Most of the stores closed at 4pm which with a 2pm check in time didn't give us much time to explore and do activities. The pool area could do with a freshen up. But we made some great family memories.

The spa it look dirty and had a smell coming from it and food from restaurants wasn't very nice

The showers in our chalet was very hard to get a decent temperature it was either roasting or freezing and shower head was broken so had to duck to wash hair

It rained our whole stay but kids enjoyed looking through the village, swimming in the pool and visiting the arcade. Added bonus was in the activity centre you could borrow board games sooo many to choose from.

Probably needs more renovating but for us perfect and bathroom is the main thing to renovate first

The resort has heaps for families to do onsite, cute village and we had a great renovated batbroom.

Gross lack of maintenance: - the steam room (note not a sauna) was actually disgusting. It had a hideous smell, door did not close properly and glass and paint needed maintenance. The tiling job inside was terrible and the stainless steel tile edge hurt to sit on. - The pool was likewise extremely tired and the water was so cloudy and full of chlorine it clearly hadn’t been cleaned out in a long time. - the spa was cold and bubbles did not work. - pool shower rooms need maintenance - Every bathroom i used there whether in our cabin or the pool/main foyer area needed plumbing maintenance (loose taps, constant leak etc) - the cabin upstairs balcony handrail needs repair and repainting.

Great location and design of the place, and facilities. Great cabin with plenty of room. Gym was basic but good with plenty of equipment.

We weren't given the family studio that we booked and paid for. Given 2 conjoined rooms instead.

Suites or hotel rooms are very specious where as villas were very cozy.

Wonderful place quiet, calm and naturally beautiful. Staffs were very helpful. It has got indoor swimming pool and gym . Buffet breakfast was wonderful with many options.

No space to really put your toiletries items in the bathroom. Gym weights are very outdated and need upgrading.

The food at the restaurant was really good. The units were cosy.

Cheap toilet paper - if I stay there again I’ll definitely bring a roll of my own! Restaurant food was tolerable but the bakery and icecream shop both offered much better produce.

Shower drain obviously clogged somewhere in the pipe so shower would flood without 1 minute of the water going on. Paddle boats were filled with water and staff did not assist to clean them for use

cleaner need to check all bins, found the last stats dirty nappy in the bathroom bin, Shower grate blocked, overflowed the bathroom while having a shower. Lobed the pool but needs a major overhaul, tiles falling off, looks real aged

There were some ants 🐜 on the sink and in the bathroom We would like a hand held shower

More staff for breakfast shift. Bed was a little hard but overall we were more than happy enough with our stay! Lovely place to stay!

Breakfast was nice, staff were run off their feet, so due to no fault of their own the eating area was a bit messy and food, coffee cups and cutlery ran out quickly. Otherwise we had a nice stay, we will be back with the kids one day.
