Dinner in the hotel was good. Staff in hotel & for the accomodation we’re all very helpful & friendly. The complimentary guest laundry was an absolute bonus.

AustraliaOur room overlooked the Main Street and was directly above the gaming room. (Location shown in photo) There was smell from people smoking cigarettes outside in the street below, even with the windows closed. After the hotel closed this stopped and it was very quiet. In the morning there was traffic noise, but it was time to get up and this didn’t interrupt sleep through the night. Rooms at the rear of the property would be much quieter and would not have the cigarette smoke issue.
We had a family room and it was a great size, the beds were very comfortable with a good selection of different pillows to choose from.

AustraliaThe fridge in room four was not very cold and there was no way to make it colder. I had to get ice from the bistro for our drinks. Stairs but no lift.
The room had a comfy bed, a big bathroom and a good shower. We were pleased to be given 10 per cent off our meal and a free drink in the bistro. There was off street parking.

AustraliaThe people who after 9.30pm at night were coming and going on bicycles or walking/loitering from the road to around the rear entrance (smokers area) (Not people that had cars) were not an issue but the dogs freaking out and aggressively barking super loud at them from across the road had me continually waking up and getting up to check on my vehicle.
Was comfortable, Dinners were good. Shower etc all good and clean.

We stay at this Nightcap whenever we can get accommodation because is in great location with nice restaurant and very clean and pleasant. This time however the shower wasn’t clean!!!! Lots of soap in room nr 17 or 18 (white stains on the floor tiles).
