Austraalia1 arvustus„Wonderful for families”We booked 2 x 3 bedroom apartments, next time we book I'd request the two to be together. My mistake.
The facilities were excellent for a large family. We travelled with 2 under 5's and they loved the play area and heated pool. Close to shops and beach.

The pool was nice and the view from the apartment on the sea was amazing.

The staff were really friendly and the activities on site were enjoyable for our family.

Disappointed with the cleanliness in the unit. Lots of cobwebs, useless flyscreen screen door which is rusted and as there are no other screens in kitchen rendered it useless. Air con wouldn't work- however I didnt worry about asking about battery replacements. Screen in bedrooms definitely need replacing. shower leaked when used in ensuite as it doesnt keep water in. Bathmat was always soaked.

The location was great for us. We had an ocean view which was fabulous. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious.

The size was perfect for our 4 adults and 2 kids. There was heaps to do. Pool was warm, spa was great

Austraalia2 arvustust„Overall we all enjoyed ourselves, it is definitely worth t”We couldn’t make a hot drink as kettle was mouldy, the hotel wasn’t clean, lounge chairs underneath them, kitchen benches and inside bin was all dirty. Didn’t enjoy no aircon in the main bedroom as it was become hot in there and couldn’t get the aircon to stay on as it was on a timer and couldn’t keep rooms cool enough.
I loved how comfortable it was and what was included, washing machine dryer, tv, how spacious it was. The kids, husband and I loved the pool, heated spa, tennis court, basketball court.

Austraalia4 arvustust„We relaxed but won’t return.”Weren’t informed that the pool was out of use before we stayed or upon checkin - only a note in the elevator - poor, the rooms are not furnished anything like photos, poor choice of decor and furniture in room 60 - awful colour scheme - doesn’t meet expectation of beach resort. The kitchen was a dirty mess with all sorts of crockery, utensils bits and pieces, carpet/floors felt dirty, shower door needs WD40 for $425 per night I would of thought a better quality beach resort room. Our friends were in room 68 and they needed a room like ours but got a small version of the 3brm - but didn’t have the choice upon booking.
Lovely staff, great access to beach and coffee shops etc, quiet location.
