Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaMulberry House at Audrey Wilkinson estate is beautiful and we have stayed there previously. The bedrooms all have their own bathroom and the view is second to none. Will definitely be returning.

AustraliaThe furniture is old, torn, uncomfortable, (except for beds) dirty lounge arm chairs. Toilets needed proper scrubbing as the bowl was brown at the bottom, toilet seats cracked in a couple of the bathrooms. Gas bottle was almost empty and had to call maintenance for replacement. We had to water down detergent to last the 4 days we were there. Didn't really use dishwasher. Fridge leaked water at the bottom so we had to put bath met in front of fridge on floor to soak up the water. When we opened kitchen window, the windowsill was dirty. The furniture in lounge was so dust we cleaned it down as it was quite thick, like nobody had dusted it down for quite a while. These were little things but if we're spending almost $4k for 3 nights I would expect it to be better.
Liked the house as it had 4 master bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and had toiletries provided. Also had another bathroom to share. The balcony overlooks the vineyards. The kitchen was big and spacious. It had a bbq, different board games. All plates and cutlery and cooking utensils supplied. Beds were nice and comfortable.

AustraliaWe stayed in the Dairy that could do with an upgrade. Lounge furniture was dirty, ripped, and uncomfortable. No WiFi initially because modem had been turned off in wardrobe!!! Although there were two bathrooms non were ensuite that made a very interesting walk along hallway carpet with ridges and small steps in the dark. There was a large wardrobe in the front bedroom that was useless with no hangers, drawers or usable shelves.
The location and setting were great. We had a wine tasting that was excellent. The staff were very knowledgeable.

FranceThere was occasional a foul smell at the front of the property (like a dead animal or something). And on one morning they started to mow the lawn at 6.45am right next to the house. With such a large area to do, I thought they should have started away from the house first.
Location and accommodation was seperate to other places

United KingdomThe place is very dated and needs some tlc. Furnture is very old and things ,generally need modernising. Also could.be cleaner. Such.a shame .They are relying on the.aesthetics of the location, which is to be honest incredible .You are.in the vineyard pretty much on own when it closes. Not the best vineyard for wine tasting I thought but sunrise is to die for on the hill by cellar door. Try Pigs Peake Winery and Tintalla on Heritage,Road, both very welcoming, informative and value tasting. All round amazing location, neglected accomadation, but very unique.
The location is,amazing

AustraliaThe Dairy is a spacious yet cosy building with personality. Lots of large timber framed windows offering views out to the hills, valley and vineyard. Heaps of bird life to watch, and of course adorable kangaroos. The kitchen had everything we needed. The fireplace was great to sit by as we sipped our wine purchases. Bonus to have undercover parking for the car, right at the front door. Lots of privacy.

SingaporeWe stayed in the Dairy Cottage, beyond the bed sheets and changed towels, the place was overall very dated and dirty. Starting with not cleaned kitchen items like glasses, plates, cutlery to very dirty armchairs, rug and riped sofa in the living room. And it's ok if it needs a renovation or things are old but just clean it, dust everywhere.
The location was very nice.
