Very outdated. Tatty, unkempt. Holes in the bathroom door. Years of grime on doors etc. The undersink cupboard stank like an ashtray. Unable to actually enjoy the balcony, because someone nearby was a chain smoker.

Fantastic location. Great balcony with pool views, bonus ocean views too!

There is noisy construction right outside the bedroom window. Unfortunately the construction is there day and night for the Gold Coast light rail. This isn't Aussie Resort's fault, but it is still an annoyance. A lot of the dishes were a bit dirty.

Nice little apartment. The pool at the complex is heated and warm. The unit is super close to Burleigh beach and all the restaurants and cafes in Burleigh.

The pool was fun for the kids. It was great value for money but very basic. Good kitchen facilities and excellent dedicated parking spot. Making coming and going easy. Burleigh is great location for a stay though, great food options, close to beach and shops etc. Didn't see staff but we didn't have problems so it wasn't required.

The room was not clean under the furniture and could of been cleaner. There was no egg flipper. Made eggs and could not turn my eggs.

The cleanliness of the room was a bit lacking. White blinds with what could've been squashed insects. The dirt on the pelmets was akin to greasy build up. The washing machine blocked half the entrance to the bathroom.

The room had a noticeable scent upon arrival, which was more apparent when opening the kitchen cabinets and doors. The sheets provided were comfortable. Instead of a doona, there was a brown blanket available. While it appeared clean, the colour made it a little difficult to be completely sure. Overall, the room felt a bit more traditional than depicted in the photos

Great sized room and fully self contained. We used the washing machine and dryer, which was handy. Very close to the beach, and a short walk to the main strip of Burleigh. Great for night life and food. The staff were very responsive, and provided us early check-in, and a later check-out, which was great for us and our 7 month old.

Road works were horrible if i had known before booking i would of tried somewhere else was very confusing with roads blocked and detour signs everywhere,I was a little disappointed, when I booked the room I asked for a room with a view of the pool and gardens when booked I got the ground room, the only thing I got to see was an overgrown garden no pool, the room stated it had a queen bed and a sofa lounge, bed was great sofa bed not so good no linen for it and when we went to make it was actually just 2 recliner chairs joined and it wasn't suited for my 6ft son. No microwave, even though the description of the room said there would be 1, I gave up the bed to my son, and i took the sofa it all worked out, Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay

The apartment was good even though it wasn't what I asked for but it was clean comfy, close to everything we needed, overall it was a good couple of nights I will stay again

Street noise from road works , however we were aware of this pre booking. A lift would be awesome as dragging bags upbto 3rd floor a bit of an effort for us oldies. Overall no issues would stay again .

Good location near the beach and walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, supermarket etc. The people were extremely friendly and helpful, and very responsive to any requests.

Furniture was very tired, constant noise from an air conditioning motor , building was surrounded by roadworks. Not their fault, but still annoying. Washing machine filters we’re disgusting, looked like they’d never been cleaned.

Suite was very roomy, had everything I needed for my stay, great location, lovely gardens and undercover parking. Managers are super helpful.

There was not much around like restaurants, shops etc

The place I stayed was nice but needs someone that can clean properly, inside the wardrobes were so dusty. The front door was opened all the time, some one had put tape over the lock. There was a crowd of us taking up 5 apartments every ones room was dirty, I think i had the best one.

The property is a bit dated but it was comfortable and in a good location. The bed was very comfortable. There were a few dirty mugs in the cupboard and we had to wash items before we used them.

The shower needs a good clean - Gumption is recommended. No aircon in the bedroom was average. I had to put the A/C on an 18-degree, high fan and use a pedestal fan to blow the coolness into the bedroom. :O

The reception was an easy check-in and pleasant. Nice close location to the beach and the pool was clean. Security was adequate and the bed was comfortable.

Pool was lovely; loved the Manager & his little dog It would have been superb to have aircon in bedroom as it was unbelievably hot in bedroom & bathroom I slept in the lounge (aircon) but fold up bed wasn't comfortable
