Very comfortable and quiet location. Excellent breakfast provisions. Diana was very accommodating with the change of plans due to an event cancellation. I'll come back again.

Everything was great, attention detail, and difficult to fault.

We appreciate the owners turning on the heater prior to arrival really considerate. Owners were friendly and very welcoming. The morning brekkie was tasty and it was a wholesome meal that we cooked with the itchen aids. The doggo Logan was super cute!!

Unusual arrangement of the bathroom, but it worked

Had everything you could want or need. Wonderful breakfast ingredients, and tastefully decorated. Extremely comfortable Kingsize bed. Wonderful for pets to be able to explore safely in the garden.

Great stay! only an hour's drive from Cradle mountain, the farm-stay was a cosy place to unwind after a vigorous walk and drive. The bed was so comfortable and we were treated with a lovely breakfast with a variety of condiments and fruits. Diana and Steve were so friendly and accommodating, and even treated us to a little tour around the farm including a ride through the forest and also feeding the farm animals! I would highly recommend this stay to all my friends and family.

This was a beautiful country stay where guests are welcomed warmly into a well set up cottage, I was in Badger's Run, surrounded by stunning gardens and a very welcoming dog,Logan. Breakfast provisions were plentiful and presented decoratively in glass jars and lovely crockery. The lovely touch of Easter paper on the tray brought a smile to my lips. Your location is central to Latrobe,Railton ,Devonport and the NW of Tasmania. The most gorgeous red rich soil growing food for us and the world. Diana and Steve were very gracious hosts with a wealth of knowledge about the area that they love. Thank you for a great stay.

Diana and Steve were amazing hosts. Although may seem close to the main property, you will definitely feel secluded and in your own space. Logan the family dog is a sweetheart and knows his manners. We were invited to feed the animals in the morning and got to know more about the area. We enjoyed every part of our stay and wish we had stayed longer.

We loved everything!

We loved our stay at Badgers View cottage, just wish it was longer than 1 night! Diana & Steven couldn’t be nicer if they tried, we felt right at home and so did our little poodle Honey who enjoyed playing with their dog Logan 😁 Steven gave us a buggy ride around the farm explaining the crops etc on the way, it was so interesting and then in the morning we got to help feed some of the animals, it was wonderful! The unit had everything we needed to be. We would definitely recommend Badgers View Farmstay Cottage 😁

Diana and Steve were excellent hosts, friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist when our travel plans altered unexpectedly, even upgrading our cabin. Diana stocked the fridge with fruit, jams, eggs and other goodies, something we hadn't expected. And Steve gave us a fun tour of the property on his buggy. Great location opposite the mountains and just 10 minutes away from Sheffield. A lovely farmstay for us and our labrador, highly recommended.

It was a welcome, comfortable sanctuary for tired travellers. Diana and Steve were so accommodating: offering a huge selection of breakfast, taking my son and I out on a buggy ride through their property and even inviting us to help feed their chickens and lambs. They also have clothes washing facilities and an outdoor fire pit which were very welcome.

What can I say! It was a wonderful place to stay with our dog. Dianne and Steve went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome. Beautiful breakfast tray each day with fresh farm eggs which were delicious! An awesome farm tour. Enjoyed feeding the lambs and chooks. Wild Mersey MTB tracks literally on the doorstep!!! Very accommodating for our dog too which was very much appreciated.

We loved that we could take our dog along. He played with Logan (hosts dog) and had access to the lovely gargen. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty to choose from including local fruits in season. The farm tour was very interesting and Steve explained the activities that were happening with enthusiasm and humour. Fantastic hosts, highly recommended.
