The cabin 4 is infested with ants. Lot’s of it.

We were in cabin 6 , and we were unable to get the free wi fi offered. The signal was too weak. We asked at reception and the answer we got was that they had wifi in reception so it should work everywhere else. No pool towels on offer or to rent.

It was clean & comfortable with basic facilities for a 1 night stop over.

The initial booking for 2 rooms woth 3 beds was sooo expensive for the dirty, warm, container not well maintained. So we pay an extra 200 dollar to move in a vila 6 pax à bit better.. but owners doesn't pay enough attention to maintain the proprety nice and tidy.

Bed was smaller than expected and too firm. There was a bed cover - not really a blanket or doona - didn't keep us warm.

The cabin fittings were old & in poor condition. Chairs were falling apart, the shower cubicle was very badly stained, hand basin broken & the smallest we have ever seen. It was impossible to wash hands or clean teeth without putting water everywhere. Also the bed was on castors on a wooden floor with no locks, so it moved easily and was annoying. The whole cabin was not cleaned properly...there was used soap, complete with a couple of hairs, left in the soap tray, hairs on the floor of the shower, fridge needed a clean inside, generally not clean.

Cabin mini kitchen was good, balcony was a good size with table & 2 chairs which we found useful. The park itself was well maintained, we made use of the clothes lines. Loved the bird feeding each afternoon. Parking right outside the cabin was great.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The whole park was clean and well kept. There was a great variety of wildlife and plenty of shade. There was excellent food and drinks available from the restaurant / service station a short stroll next door, and the staff there were great as well. I'd definitely stay at Batchelor Holiday Park again next time I'm up this way.

Check-in a little tricky. Make sure you have a phone with Telstra as needed to call host and signal very tricky.

This is extremely basic - you are sleeping in what appears to be a repurposed shipping container - but it fulfilled our needs - felt very safe, showers/toilets excellent, and near a nice restaurant.

The bird feeding was a great highlight. Rural property with brumbies. It had the amenities, bbq, and pool. Comfortable, not pristine.

Property was ok. Facilities were basic. Saw our original booked cabin 1. It was Very basic. Paid extra to upgrade to Villa. Seemed overpriced. The area of Batchelor seemed deserted. Boarded up stores - no one around.

Property was close to Litchfield National Park. Villa was very clean and quite spacious. Could accomodate family for an extended stay, but I have no idea what you would do there.

It said it had cooking facilities but it was an electric frying pan and toaster. It suited our needs but may not suit everyone.

Budget friendly accommodation loved the pool and the free mini golf and the feeding of the birds. My daughter surprisingly got chilly and they supplied an extra blanket which was great. Happy to help with anything you needed.
