The receptionist was available 24 hrs which was useful to us as we arrived at the BNB around 10 pm. The area was rather clean eventhough we were sharing with another couple. The only bad thing is that the self-check in was a little complicated, but we the help of the 24 hrs receptionist service, the matter was dissolved in 10 mins.

The place is clean & cozy and the location is quite near to the busselton jetty. The house have everything we need.

Car port garage should have defined lines painted on the floor. We came back to find the other guest parked in the middle of the two spaces.

I was a bit disappointed in the noise of the traffic going past and when people were chatting in the living space, I could hear them distinctly. I also found it a bit strange that the key would only allow me to enter the premises at the rear and not via the front door.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the accommodation. A lovely house with a large entertaining area and individual bedrooms with en suite. I liked the available parking and the large bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Both were clean and spacious. Huge TV mounted on teh bedroom wall made viewing very easy and comfortable.

If it had been a bit closer to the Jetty (walking) or at least a bit further from the highway it would have been a 10.

We had trouble finding the place as the Busselton Hway veers off and we missed it. It took us awhile & only after we asked at a shop did we get sensible directions. We were on the continuation of the road but it was no longer the Busselton hway. The parking was cosy especially with a mobile home in one park. The main problems were that the 3 sets of guests (in separate rooms) did not really interact so the idea of 'sharing' didn't really work. Had we been a group of friends it would have. Secondly, it was clearly advertised as 'Adult Only - no children' but on the second night a Chinese family arrived with a teenage daughter. They took over the kitchen and were there for around 2 hours, prepping, cooking, eating & then cleaning up. At one point when I went to check if they had finally finished the man offered to let us use the kitchen but it felt very awkward. It meant we ate much later than we prefer and we felt like we would have been intruding on their 'space'. Over both nights no one used the lounge area & people kept to their rooms ( including the Chinese family after dinner) so it didn't exactly work. I also went to use the washing machine/drier (which was one of the reasons for booking it) & it was in use. It took longer as it was a washer drier in one. I did eventually get to use it though. There was also a 'no noise after 10' policy which was ok but we struggled with the volume of the tv (being older) as we were mindful of not breaking the rules. It was nice accommodation and would suit a group of friends but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for people who want to do their own thing & keep to themselves. If that doesn't matter then it was good value & pleasant accommodation.

The home was very good with teamaking facilities in our room as well as the shared kitchen. Bathroom was very nice. There was a wide selection of breakfast foods. It was comfortable & clean. We enjoyed that aspect.

The puzzle of finding the keys long day of work I guess other Tralvers have stories the same...and having to find where the the keys fitted..direction could be clearer..

The heating was too hot and we could not open bedroom windows. Dirty dishes in sink on our arrival. Other guests in separate room had someone sleep in the second lounge. Not enough forks or glasses for our group of four. Dryer didn’t work. Please make it more obvious that this is a shared area. Some items of clothing were left behind and despite trying to contact on day of leaving we got no feedback and when we did, all gone.

Breakfast choices poor, bread in fridge cold and dry, not many jam choices, no serviettes or paper towels. would have been nice to have some savoury choices and perhaps some fresh buns/croissants. Advertised internet not working. Very disappointing. Message sent to "hosts" , no answer. Communication could be improved.

Clean, comfortable, good size room and bathroom; quiet area despite being on main road, easy access , individual parking space. hot water sufficient, enjoyed the warming lights in the bathroom and reverse air con to warm up the room on arrival. Breakfast available , cooking equipment supplied so can make own english breakfast or even own supper.
