Apartment was really dirty,however after bringing it to managers attention it was given another clean,but it was still grotty.cooking utensils were rusty and unusable,(in particular the saucepan and frypan)

Location was good only 4 minutes walk into coffee shops and cafes etc.appartment had good views and has had a modern update.was well priced.very comfortable lounge suite,loved the decor

The stairs. We were on the 3rd level and having no lift available made lugging luggage and 3 young children up and down the flight of stairs rather challenging. The beds weren't the most comfortable either, but was manageable.

The toilet was running constantly and became very annoying listening to water running so had to turn off the tap every night so we could sleep. We mentioned it to reception and was told they would look at it, however nothing was done about it (would have appreciated being allocated to a different apartment since we were staying for 8 nights dealing with the nuisance of the toilet needing to be turned off at tap every night therefore not being able to be flushed until turned on next morning)

The cost was very reasonable for a fully equipped 3 bedroom apartment and it was pleasantly very clean and more than comfortable for our week stay with out family of 5. The location was so handy to the beach and coles and eaterys.

Window furnishings need updating bedrooms where lite up like a xmas tree as night. Whoever was upstairs were incredibly noisy and woke us multiple times through the night.

Booked for 7 people and only had beds for 6, i thought there would be a extra cot or sofa bed for the 3 year old. I had to bring a mattress from home. But we had a great time anyway.

The beds were not great. Also, some of the fans only worked when the light switch was on, which made it difficult to sleep at night.

The apartment was very clean and looked like it has recently undergone a renovation. The location is great, as it is walking distance to the main Mooloolaba drag.

Wifi was not very consistent/strong. Made it difficult to work but used personal hotspot instead so no big deal. Did have a light that didn't work and also a little dated but nothing that would stop you from staying there (actually quite relaxing and homely)

comfortable, very friendly and helpful staff. Great views and great atmosphere. Plenty of linen provided. Close walk to beach. Nice and central for getting to work sites and shops while being close to water.

Being picky, but…. Not enough washing detergent or tea/sugar. Coffee appeared to be old. Coloured Knives quite blunt. Bed in main bedroom very loud/squeaky - every time you moved it creaked.

There are no lifts. My husband has bad knees and walking up 5 flights was not ideal. The fans in bedrooms made noises and were not able to be used while sleeping. Beds were hard. I had ordered a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 large beds as I snore. Second bedroom was single beds.

The view was good, the location was good.

Staff was amazing. We arrived and the triathlon was on so roads were all blocked and was a nightmare but the staff was supportive, let us check in early and left the cars there as we couldn't park in Mooloolaba. Very friendly atmosphere

A very well appointed self catering unit. Fresh, clean with all the ingredients required for a fabulous stay. Shops, restaurants just a short walk away. Teresa at reception was very welcoming and helpful .. certainly would stay here again
