Clean, location and staff

Only ONE toilet roll!!???? Really? Fully equipped eg washing machine but no detergent etc

Three bedrooms were handy - because there was no drier we used one bedroom to hang washing! Beds were comfortable Location was really good - close to supermarket, bus stops, beach and cafes

Lacked some basic utensils - we had to buy our own bottle/tin opener. Our brother was staying in units next door - for only an extra $200 for our stay their apartment was luxurious by comparison. Climbing two flights of stairs with heavy suitcases/groceries isnt easy for elderly folk.

Location was good only 4 minutes walk into coffee shops and cafes etc.appartment had good views and has had a modern update.was well priced.very comfortable lounge suite,loved the decor

Apartment was really dirty,however after bringing it to managers attention it was given another clean,but it was still grotty.cooking utensils were rusty and unusable,(in particular the saucepan and frypan)

We had the top apartment, so the view was great. Neat ,tidy, quiet, spacious, and all the homely needs catered for. Just walk in and make yourself at home. Walking distance to a array of food, bar, and entertainment offers and, of course, The Wonderful Mooloolaba Beach ⛱️

Just a foot note, really. I have a large vehicle, 4x4, so the garage that was allocated to the apartment was too small to fit it. However, there are handfull of outdoor parking lots within the complex that caters to the larger vehicles, i.e., 4x4s with mods.

I liked that it had 3 bedrooms, was affordable and within walking distance to beach and some shops

The stairs. We were on the 3rd level and having no lift available made lugging luggage and 3 young children up and down the flight of stairs rather challenging. The beds weren't the most comfortable either, but was manageable.

Naomi was friendly and accommodating, she's great! The apartment was completely spotless from the cleaning crew. We found our stay to visit friends and family for a long weekend to be great value.

The pillows were quite thin but we just doubled them up.

The cost was very reasonable for a fully equipped 3 bedroom apartment and it was pleasantly very clean and more than comfortable for our week stay with out family of 5. The location was so handy to the beach and coles and eaterys.

The toilet was running constantly and became very annoying listening to water running so had to turn off the tap every night so we could sleep. We mentioned it to reception and was told they would look at it, however nothing was done about it (would have appreciated being allocated to a different apartment since we were staying for 8 nights dealing with the nuisance of the toilet needing to be turned off at tap every night therefore not being able to be flushed until turned on next morning)

The view was lovely, very convenient to shops and attractions.

It's closeness to town

Didn't get the bed configuration we booked and had confirmation for. Artifical plants absolutely thick with dust, need to be thrown out. Wasn't the cleanest of places.

Tidy and good value

Good location. Room layout was spacious and comfortable.

No lift. 48 steps up to3rd floor with luggage. Oool was freezing and too cold for anyone to swim. Blinds were broken in one bedroom and couldn’t be closed. Bins too far from room.

The view and modern decor. Only 5 minutes walk to esplanade.

All shower items were empty: body wash & shampoo. No bins in bedroom or bathroom. No extra toilet rolls.

Good location, enjoyed the table tennis. Roomy apartment, off road secure parking.

No information sheet within apartment about TV or set top box or any additional info ; had to call mobile number as no one at reception desk, couldn’t use wall power point in ensuite as vanity has been installed too close to it, no washing powder to use machine - had to ask for some plus extra toilet rolls, had a chain smoker next door so couldn’t leave gauze door open as the smoke would come in. Main bedroom mattress not very firm. Extra bins in bathrooms would have been helpful as well.

Spacous with everything you need. Great location one block behind Main Rd, but quieter area and short stroll to Maloolaba beach.

Cups and plates not that clean.. Apartment could do wirh a deep clean.

Good space, reasonably clean, secure car parking - had enclosed garage.

Stairs up three flights with luggage. Lounge could do with replacement

Booked for 5nights. Half a roll of loo roll. No dishwasher tabs. Lots of cockroaches through property
