We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaUnit was dirty. You would have to brush off your feet from sand and dirt so you wouldn't take it into the bed. ( This was on day of arrival so no, it was after days of staying.) Not to mention the fact that all the linen was dumbed in bags by the bed. For the price paid for this unit, they could have at the very least made the main bed.

AustraliaThe unit is badly in need of repair. Cracks in the walls & tiles, floor badly scratched. The windows were dirty. Fans were covered in dust, as were the window sills, door tracks etc. Basically it needed a good clean. The laundry was disgusting but we were told they didn't have to clean it as it was shared with another unit.
Loved the view from the balcony. The best part of the whole experience.

AustraliaThe unit did get very hot and only had fans for cooling. A split system in the lounge room would be perfect for the place, as it wouldn’t take long to cool the place down
I loved that it was in a beautiful location and very central to the marina and to shoal bay. The view from the balcony was absolutely mind blowing. We’ll definitely be back for sure
