Nothing really, its very nice. We would love to come back in summer. Maybe just the mattress in the main room needs an upgrade.

Beautiful decor and view. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Bedroom warmand cosy and bed comfy. Nice secure yard for dog.

Rubbish bins were very full. A few fly wires missing.

Very well appointed. Very suitable as we were there in very, very hot weather and it is just over the road to the beach.

The cutlery and a few other minor items appeared old and dusty. However, the overall positive aspects of the stay outweighed the minor drawbacks.

The location was absolutely stunning. Dining outside and enjoying the sunrise from the sofa was an unforgettable experience. The house was beautifully decorated and truly a gem.

The bed in the main bedroom was a bit hard, but that's a personal preference more than anything.

We loved virtually everything about this place, and the location was absolutely incredible!!! We will stay here again in the future!

The pressure pump for the water kept coming on during the night because the toilet seal was leaking. Something that I'm sure will be easily rectified

The location, and the view was fantastic. The large deck overlooking the water was the perfect spot for a drink at the end of a day sightseeing

It was cold when we were there (it was the middle of winter!) & it took a while to heat the living room - we kept the glass doors closed. The storage heaters in the bedroom took the chill out of the air but also took quite a while.

Great location - 15 mins walk into Kingscote. Large house with well equipped kitchen with all utensils that we needed & a great laundry room with washer & dryer. You do need to bring cooking essentials like oil & also laundry liquid and there is an IGA in Kingscote for anything forgotten. Good sized enclosed back yard that our dog enjoyed running around in. Loved the electric blankets on the main bed - it was definitely needed! Quiet neighborhood and it felt secure. Beach was directly opposite but it was not the weather for it when we were there.

Would be better with a gate on the front porch to be truly dog friendly. Didn't know there was a nespresso machine otherwise we could have taken some pods with us.

The TV was really hard to work - we couldn't get channel 7 to watch the footy - the only free to air we could get was 9, other than thay it wanted you to login to apps. Instructions on how to navigate the TV would be welcomed.

Location was amazing. Amazing views, short walk to good coffee. Would definitely stay again.

Fan in toilet scary to children and wakes everyone at night. Toilet seat needs tightening. Bunk bed ladder was wobbly.

Beds weren't that comfortable and many windows were unable to be opened. Also, don't flush the toilet while someone else is having a shower or they'll get burnt - very dangerous

Nicely decorated, well equipped house with relaxing outlook over the bay. A very comfortable base for touring Kangaroo Island.
