Good location, an easy walk to the beach. Lots of space, comfortable beds & furniture in the living room.

A bit rundown but fine for a weekend away.

The accommodation was very comfortable and had everyone we needed.

nothing about property was acceptable. I dont know how it is passes quality checks.

No heaters in winter. Stained carpets, and lounges, half repaired holes in walls. No blankets. Overpowering cleaning smell, absolute dive!

Location

Property needs lot of work, it was dirty and dark. Full of spiders and even had bed bugs. My kids got bitten all over their body.

There was a hole in the wall in the hallway, the walls had dirt and hand prints on them- which gave me the impression that it had been properly cleaned. There were a few things that can be replaced, like rugs with holes on them and random mats that were placed in the entrance of the unit, I'm assuming that they are to cover up that fact the carpet need to be redone.

The beds were very comfortable. Instructions to access the property clear and concise. They also allowed a late check out which we were grateful for to accommodate an early sporting event, pop back, shower and vacate.

The property is older and showing obvious signs of wear and tear. Carpets desperately need replacing. There is no door between garage and staircase and we found a very large spider roaming the house! Holes in walls need repairing too. For the price we paid, I expected better quality.

Great location, beds are comfortable and good size rooms.

There were ants ans cocroaches in the kitchen and bathroom, huge spider in the balcony. The wall is damagedl and the carpet is so old and bad that was covered up with rugs. Definitely need repair or at least a good clean. This place could be perfect but needs attention for sure.

Great value for money. I called them at night as I was having trouble getting in and it appeared there was some else staying there but in fact I was on the wrong side of the road! I was a bit disappointed that it wasn't the modern one across the road but it was clean and had new touches inside and we were very comfortable.

The only complaints are the foam in the chaise sinks were your bum goes which makes it uncomfortable and the carpet at the top of the stairs is very worn.

The location of the apartment was the best part of the stay. An easy walk to beaches, cafes etc. Where we spent most of our time.

The condition of the house was disappointing. The first room on the right smelled like vomit quite badly, some appliances like the kettle didn't work, the TV also didn't work, the carpet was ripped and smelled damp when we arrived (we had to air it out), and the bathroom was very small. The couch was really dirty and stained. Wasn’t nice to sit around the house and relax due to the cleanliness, hence why we spent most of our time out and about.

Not much.The towels were clean and the sheets were clean. The water was hot in the shower.

The carpet was absolutely filthy and had a really bad smell. We had to sleep with the sliding doors open during the night because of the smell.The carpet was also lifting and falling apart . The lounge furniture was dirty. The dining chairs were so dirty you couldn’t sit on them. The TV didn’t work ,due to having poor reception . The blinds were dirty and didn’t work properly in the living area and one bedroom.There was a lot of noise coming from unit below us at midnight .

Location was good. Providing us beach towels and bath towels was appreciated.

The carpets were in horrible condition. They were worn through in many places.
