Floors were dirty on arrival - we had to vacuum and mop as soon as we got there Building was under construction (we weren’t informed of this when we booked) - was very loud and noisy and meant that we couldn’t ‘relax’ in our room through the day. This construction also made the pool very messy/dirty meaning we couldn’t swim in it

Great views, beautiful little apartment perfect for me and my partner. Walking distance to different restaurants/food outlets/grocery stores as well as walking distance to the beach

Cooking utensils were very poor (pots and pans) and stove top did not work properly. Could not cook with it

Shower floor drains blocked. Advised reception. Apparently recently renovated but poor workmanship caused water to pool in shower recess and flow onto bathroom floor. Could be dangerous.

We stayed in Unit 38 on the 10th floor and whilst the unit was generally clean we were very disappointed at the smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Upon further investigation we found an ashtray in a cupboard!! We can only assume the owner of the unit is a smoker. We informed the reception but their response was "it must've been a previous tenant". In our opinion this was completely unsatisfactory.

Good location, close to the beach, surf clubs and had a nice heated pool.

The underground parking was very tight. Need to be extremely careful if in bigger careful navigating in and out of car space

The location is amazing and the rooms are a good size. Plenty of restaurants and cafes close by the beach across the road, park the car and walk everywhere

It was just a bit cold for a winter stay. I’m sure in summer you wouldn’t notice but with only one aircon in the lounge it just doesn’t quite keep things warm enough. Car parking is a challenge too. It’s quite low and narrow and it was hard to park but in saying that the off street parking was a plus.

-The rooms and apartment was outdated, lots of wear and tear on walls and beds where not very comfortable, pillows needed to be thrown they were so worn it was better to sleep without them, tv kept glitching and carpet had a lot of stains in the main bedroom - stayed for 1 weeks no room cleaning service was provided unless you paid and extra $100 on top of original payment. -barley any hot water couldn’t shower one after the other without it running out which was inconvenient. -glass on the outside balcony was foggy and couldn’t see out of it most of the time. -car park spot need to be looked out we had a big car and unless your really experienced driver it would of been impossible to get in when car park is full. Should mention to people before arrival that big cars would struggle to get into under ground car park.
