It was very basic, but not very expensive either. I would have paid more elsewhere, but nothing else was available. The bed was not overly comfortable, but okay. I looked at putting another blanket on and turning the air-conditioning off while asleep, but there were silverfish crawling over the spare blanket in the wardrobe. I asked at the office for a face washer, but they don't have them. I said they're usually provided with the towels, but she didn't seem to know what I was talking about and called her supervisor to check. I bought one from the nearby Woolies. There is a table and two wooden chairs, no comfy chairs. I put one of the pillows from the bed, on the chair as a seat cushion. Only two basic pillows on the bed.

It was warm, the aircon heated well. Water was warm, so I had a good shower on a cold morning.

Would have been good if there was a face washer & hand towel were provided. There was 2 pillows on the bed and only 1 spare in cupboard, another pillow would have been good. I didn’t like the step up shower due to my sore foot, a game rail would be safer. There is only 1 bedside lamp and no power point on the side of bed without lamp.

Great location, walking distance to cafe for breakfast and easy to get to many shops in town. Off street parking. It is on a side road off Old Princes Hwy, so did not really notice any noise. Staff were friendly. Everything you need in a hotel room is there, a Queen size bed, small table & 2 chairs, kettle & toaster, fridge, milk & coffee/tea provided etc. Spacious bathroom with large vanity, separate shower & toilet.

Cheap easy clean close to some stores probably has one of the best cafes and coffee recommendations not even 30 seconds from where you stay highly recommendable to anyone that stays here to go to the cafe on the corner10/10 For Beaconsfield Lodge Motel definitely a 3.5 you get what you paid for cheap easy and clean comfortable different story other than that everything is pretty damn good!!

The unit had very basic features. The Split System was too loud, even when I put it on sleep mode. The mattress was really hard and the metal base squeaked every time I moved. I stayed at this motel a very long time ago and the quality has certainly declined which is a shame.

The manager very kindly arranged a late check in for me. The shower was amazing. Great location.

It's a very bare room with absolute minimal accessories that are a bit long in the tooth. I have not used a small shower with a shower curtain for a longggg time and don't miss it at all. If they would add a few larger furniture tables etc it would look a lot better.

Location and price line is the only reason I stay here for catching up with family/friends. It could do with an upgrade, but it's passible for a night or two only. Have slept in a lot worse travelling around Oz.
