No aircon, 3 small heaters for 3 room but one didn't work. No dishwasher. Not enough cutlery. Dead cockroach in the wardrobe. Lighting is poor.

Hidden cost of $400 bond, host wanted photo ID of all people staying (which is quite invasive), hidden cleaning cost of $85 if you choose not to self-clean and limited cleaning products provided. We had 4 people staying but were only provided with 3 pillow cases, we had to make the bed on arrival and strip the bed on leaving. Poor quality towels. Very small TV.

Good location walking distance to the beach. Host provided good instructions.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable, there is no aircon which is fine as it isn’t advertised, however the ceiling fan didn’t work. They did provide a standing fan in every room which was good. We had all windows open but the breeze was rattling the windows and doors so we wedged pillow cases in them to stop them rattling. What they do not advertise is that you have to pay a bond once you have booked. They also expect you to clean the whole apartment yourself, which is fine but again this was not advertised and the cleaning products they provide were watered down. The place wasn’t clean when we arrived, so it is not checked. I think the only ocean view would be from the car park, or bottom villas, there was a few appliances dumped in the hedge in the car park. This villa would be beautiful if it had some maintenance done, a little updating on the bathroom but most of all of it had some welcoming touches. However we paid $240 and this area is quite expensive to stay in, the location is great, We still had a good trip and beautiful weather. So I guess you get what you pay for.

No air-conditioning and it was needed. The fan in the lounge room is terrible and one in the ceiling of the room is required. No where to hang towels or hand towel in bathroom. The taps in kitchen need fixing. A hot plate would be ideal or advise tenants to bring one.

Hidden fees, not included in Booking.com's "Total cost". Extra fees were $12 PP for linen, $85 cleaning fee and $400 bond (this was returned very quickly after departure). Fees only mentioned in fine print and not included in the total, payable after booking made. Communication from the host was abrupt, rude and one or two word replies only. Bed was not made before arrival. Towels provided were extremely low quality and very old and no hand towel provided. Furniture and fixtures were low quality, including "DIY" style shelving in bedroom. Overall atmosphere was cold and uninviting. Though affirdable, this accommodation was not good value for money, taking these issues into account.

Wi fi was very poor. We were very frustrated. And although we knew there wasn't any air-conditioning in villa there is only a fan in there, we were lucky it wasn't hot weather otherwise we wouldn't have coped. Also when I booked I thought we would have ocean views but I only saw glimpse of ocean views from far distance. So I was disappointed. But that was ok. I got over it. So if you don't mind cleaning when you leave bc thats the strict rule otherwise cleaning fee is $85 per hour, if you dont mind poor wifi and hot weather. Then this place is ok. Just bring your own pillows.

The villa is modern and spacious. A short drive to town and to the beaches.
