Entrance to drive was a problem (steep and hump at top of drive) with small car. Would be fine with large car. Property decor fairly basic.

Loved the Swimming Pool. That there were two spacious rooms, lounge and bedroom. Good communication with hosts with a text prior to arrival. Bed was comfortable. Lots of wardrobe space.

We booked the garden apartment which was spacious but basically a converted basement. It smelt damp even though hot outside and the bathroom needs a total upgrade. It was old and needing refurbishment but preferably replacing. We had a nice stay despite this as outside was lovely.

Fabulous location with great views. The pool area is lovely and tropical with lots of trees and birds.

If you are an international visitor it is a good idea to let the host have an Australian mobile number so you can get directions to the property. It is situated down a small road and would be hard to find in the dark!

Peaceful well equipped and in a perfect location to visit Dorrigo National park. We only had the Kookaburras and Rainbow Lorikeets for company. House had everything we needed and the slight problem we had with the fridge on arrival was dealt with quickly. Very pleasant stay. Thank you

The driveway entrance down to the property is very steep. Do not attempt it if you are in a low profile car! It is safer to park at the top - it's only a short walk down to the property.

The garden suite had everything we needed. We were only there for one night on our drive from Brisbane to Canberra but would have liked to have stayed longer.

Maybe mention to those in main house that there are people below, so they don’t run around upstairs!

Brief visit, booked for convenience to National park. Better to arrive in daylight as it’s quite windy roads. Easy drive back into town to restaurants and local pub. some nice shops too for the daytime. Room was decent, extra bed a little small. Everything you need in the small kitchenette. Owners friendly.

kitchen lacking in utensils and serving dishes especially over festive season, we had to borrow additional from friends. lack of hot water if you had a bath. or showed in the evening as the water only heated over night.

I left my phone in cab and Emily and her husband helped me recover it with out any hassle. Fully recommend . Didn't give 10 out of 10 because I never do but give ii a 10

Lower half of detached property in quiet outer suburb location. Need a car to easily access. We loved the pool which we had exclusive use of as other property not occupied. Very spacious.

Bella Vista was perfect for our family group. Every bedroom having an ensuite made it very comfortable. It was a great place to stay for a couple of days and explore Waterfall Way. The owners were very helpful and friendly. We appreciated having a fireplace on the cool nights and there was plenty of firewood supplied.
