Our room was dirty, with unfinished cleaning items put into a bathroom cupboard that still had human hair on them, and urine spots on the bathroom floor near the toilet. The room was also quite cold, and with no spare blankets we had to crank up the heater. It wasn’t worth the money we paid for the night.

the place was hard to find and the signage is too small. The room was comfortable but dirty and the toilet was not clean. It was so noisy being directly on the main road.

The air conditioning was very noisy and at times we’re worried that it would be disturbing for others. Some traffic noise at times too. It would be good to have some plates and spoons to enable us to have our own breakfast.

The rooms were very clean and the beds warm. Very good showers and TV reception. The location enabled easy access to the city by foot or by tram.

Street noise from trucks and hoon cars. It was evident the room hadn't been vacuumed between guests, a lot of hair in the bathroom and dust. No mircrowave or proper hanging space for clothes.

I had expected a typical motel, with a reception, not a couple of rooms with special number locks to get in. Perhaps my age of 70 meant I was not familiar with various issues. I had accidentally keyed in the wrong number to get into the room and the system did not allow me to enter after retrying. My wife was inside the room and eventually became available and let me into the room. We could not work the television and tried various ways, but could not get it to work. If there was a reception, them we could have checked with them about that. I apologise if I did not see the contact information for these items. Perhaps more detailed instructions could be left in the room.

It was a bit dirty and there were ants inside on the walls and in the kettle. The room was also smaller that I thought and you can hear everything through the walls.

The king bed was super soft and comfortable to sleep in.

Once i was able to access the property it was OK, but a lack of paperwork advising that it would be accessed by a digital code which wasn't sent until after I made 3 attempts to contact the owners was very disappointing. I almost took accommodation at the adjacent Motel when it looked like I wasn't going to get in to the property I have paid for. It is misleading to be called a motel. It is 3 rooms in a small cottage behind a high fence and with minimal signage. There are no facilities and no reception. I drove past the property 4 times before i finally found it

We were in Unit 1 which is far to close to the main road so if you're not used to the noise select another unit number.
