Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We had a hard time looking for the location, a sign of the motel would be nice specially for those who was there for the first time, we had to go around twice and me Mrs had to walk just to find where the motel was. And also I'm a bit worried about the pass codes of the doors, would like to know if the pass codes are frequently changed? because there might be circumstances that a past customer might go there and use the pass codes
The accommodation was nice and clean , you have a lot of space in the room,, location was near the Bendigo central.

Parking was not secure. I was in a rear unit so had easy access, but parking was public spaces.
Modern, almost brand new feel. Good size room. Clean facilities and quiet. Self contained with basic cooktop and microwave.

My room was at the back of the property and was difficult to find. Perhaps clearer parking instructions would be handy.

Bathroom is incredibly small. Need to stand in the main room to blow dry your hair, because there is simply no space in the bathroom. The shelf in the shower is up so high its useless unless you are really tall so everything has to be on the floor. Desperately needs blackout curtains. love the light, but not as soon as the sun comes up.
Very clean and well equipped accommodation, offering cooking facilities. Access to the rooms is via a locked gate giving an additional level of security. Light and bright room. comfortable bed, thought a bit soft.

The bathroom was small and if you are on the larger size you would find it a very tight fit.

For a recently refurbished apartment, it wasn’t as clean as it should be. Shower bay is very mouldy. The occupants in the next door unit smoked in the front courtyard as per set up, which we had to walk through to get inside.
Great location, spacious room. Hot shower. Secure entry. Walking distance to many amenities.

The lack of a throw over or doona on the bed. It would prevent constant use of reverse cycle heating through the night.
Once I found how to get into the apartment, it felt safe & ample inspace.

Small ensuite; entire apartment had tiled floor- very cold; Wall colour etc with no decent wall prints or similar and no floor coverings made the apartment very clinical and cold feeling. Storage virtually non existant - 1 tiny cupboard that had the ironing board in it, nothing to put your jumpers, underwear etc in. No coathangers. No complimentary toiletries; no hairdryer; The bare minimum dishwashing liquid - enough for 1 wash. 1 roll toilet paper for 2 people for 4 days.
Lots of space; great king size bed: plenty of parking right at the entrance gate (if you are in apts 3 or 4); no keys, secure keypad entry to the outside gate and room door; good location 2 minute drive to the city centre;
