Floors in room were filthy. I had to wash it myself as it feet were black within a few minutes if arriving.

The outdoor Facilities are fantastic.

Longer child care activities. A different shower head would be of better use. Possibly a hand held one. Clean bath towel delivery daily would of been great instead of requesting for them.

Slides where great. A heated spa would also be great. The curtain in the cabin for privacy was great. Golf was also great.

We were right up the back in a cottage so had to walk a fair way but someone’s got to stay there.

I’m unable to buy a cabin and live there long term. 🤭

I first came to the park in Dec ‘96, all the way from NZ. I have seen many wonderful improvements in my time. Nowa-days, it close to my home town. It’s spacious, well planned out. Our cabin, #66, was extraordinary. It has an animal farm with a gorgeous turkey for the kids to feed. The pool is amazing and the adventure water park is so cool. My grand daughter had so much fun. Airlie is just up the road with easy access with public transport and the islands .

Loved the food vans - the accom right near the animals was a bonus for our 4 boys! The go carts & slides were definitely the highlight...knowing the kids were safe and close by all the time was great too.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The facilities and ease to get around. Loved the different dinner carta that came in each night. The Pizza on Saturday was amazing

I honesty cannot say that there was anything I didn’t like about the property. It was beautiful and so comfortable to stay at.

Beautiful resort very clean. There were so many things to do. Love that everyone on the resort followed your rules, especially cars driving through, it was so safe for the kids.

Is there a way to keep prices down a bit. Cost prohibitive. High quality venue, accommodation and facilities.

A children’s tropical paradise. Everything felt safe, there was an atmosphere of fun and kindness, staff were exceptional in their efforts. They were helpful and kind and respectful of the many children too. The pool was next level sensational.

Not that I have a right to expect it but it would have been excellent if we could have checked in earlier than 2pm. I was travelling with my brother who is getting in and he was pretty tired by lunchtime with the travel … as I said really no right to complain

Lovely gardens and plenty of facilities… our cabin was pretty private considering it being in the middle of a large park.

- Not enough towels for when we wanted to use the pool/slides wasnt sure if there were extra towels to use amongst the pool area I couldnt see any -

The cabins were wonderful! The choice of activities there were for my young family Staff were very friendly

We had a fantastic stay at BIG4 Adventure Whitsunday Resort and would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the entire team. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were welcoming, helpful, and professional, making check-in smooth and pleasant. The Christmas in July event was beautifully organised – a big thank you to everyone involved in creating such a magical experience for all guests! A special thank you goes to Jana, the cleaner who prepared our room. Everything was spotless, and we truly appreciated the care taken to ensure our accommodation was perfectly clean and comfortable. It was perfect for an extended family holiday with kids ranging from 18 months to 7 years. Kids lives the waterslides. Mini golf was also popular. Animal farm was cute
