So welcoming - heating and some lights on Lovely as a very cold day- up graded from family suite to 2 bedroom suited us better. Have been before and stayed in cabins and camped So many short walks for those not so fit:)

Location was perfect. Staff were so friendly and accomodating. And the unit was clean. It was a little dated, but it was clean and warm and everything we needed.

Toilet system was loud throughout use of the night ! Just how it is when your a light sleeper , bring earplugs if you are that way inclined - it’s a cabin after all

Cute little basic cabin in a holiday park. Decent facilities inside and out. Paid a reasonable price in mid winter. Close enough to walk to Halls Gap bars / restaurants in 20-40 mins. Would have benefitted from a more private outdoor area but did not detract from our stay.

The room was spacious and well maintained, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Staff were friendly and welcoming, gave us plenty of great information on things to see and do.

Staff really responsive to messages/questions about booking. Very clear information given by email and text. Afterhours check in was smooth, map provided made it easy to navigate when arriving at dark. Cabin had entry light on and heater which was a really nice touch to make it a comfortable late arrival. Full kitchen, fridge, oven, microwave with dining table and lounge couches. Very comfortable to settle in for a few night stay. Used the sauna, staff were really helpful to book session and set it up. Park is really well kept and tidy. Had a look around at the BBQ areas, fire pits, camping kitchen and amenities. The camping bathrooms were impressive, large and appeared new. They were spotless.

Travelling to Halls Gap in an EV, it was great to have an EV charger available at the park. Location was excellent for accessing the walks around the area

The lack of handrails was a bit of an issue and the stove seemed to have trouble heating sometimes.

The location was great. The staff were wonderful. There was plenty for the kids to do even though the weather was rather cold. The cabin was clean and well appointed.

Some hammering when turning on the taps, but nothing to worry about as they worked as they should. Being a cabin for two, it seemed a bit strange to be provided with a single serve of hot chocolate drink and one biscuit. Overall, neither of these issues took away from an amazing and well maintained facility.

Clean, well laid out cabin. Everything working as it should. Friendly staff on arrival. Easy access and comfortable. Having the cabin warm was very welcoming on arrival. Didn’t get to use any of the park amenities, but they looked great.

There was nothing to dislike

Excellent position close to town but far enough away to be quiet and enjoy wildlife at your door . We had a 2 bedroom unit that was clean, warm and comfortable. Staff were very friendly, we could not have had better experience

Great location, lovely and quiet with lots of kangaroos around. Cabin was really nice, with super comfy bed. Would absolutely stay here again.

I loved everything and will be back again soon.

Loved the location to all the walking trails. Loved the wildlife on site and the clean well run park. Loved the cabin and it was warm, comfortable and perfectly set up.

There was a very strange smell when we entered the cabin near the main entrance door, but it vanished in couple of hours.

The location of the park is very scenic. Good facilities in the park. It is also very close to the restaurants and cafe. The cabin was bigger than we expected and was kept clean. The staffs are very friendly and approachable.

The villa is old and needs updating also the internet was very slow.

A fabulous large villa in a very nice location.
