Easy to find location, followed my preference for a room ( near office as I get lost in these places) very helpful staff.

The gaming room needs a renovation. Timings can also improve. Most facilities are close by 5 pm except the swimming pool. If we are roaming around in daytime evenings are when we indulge in in-house activities. But it is understandable.

Hats off to the cleaning staff. Our cabin was spotlessly clean, including appliances, beds and washroom. Cabin aircon was good quality. Appliances were excellent. We enjoyed the swimming pool, skate park and jumping pillow. . Games were out of order. Staff were copperative and kind. We will recommend it to anyone.

Staff were accomodating of a special request and short stay and unusual arrival and departure times..( check in and out was done easily.

Could have done with a large pot for cooking large and medium and another small saucepan enough to make e.g. bolognaise. Some crockery was too low and plastics much too high. In planning another unit cupboard could be put put on the other wall. As my husband could barely squeeze past esp. If up in night. Or banged his leg.

Breakfast isnt included. We took our own. Having a dining room table and self catering utensils. Loved the pool even though only got in there once for a short time. Having laundry facilities was important as had been travelling and appreciated. Bed was very comfy.

I didn't like that our room was near the kids play area. We had no kids with us and it was very noisy at times. There were lots of kids riding their bikes around at night with no lights. Bit dangerous

Very clean, comfortable bed, good facilities in the room, well kept camp site with plenty of facilities and activities. Good location for the town. 15 to 20 minute walk.

Very crammed bedroom with the 2 single beds

Clean, allowed a later checkout meaning that we had time to shower after participating in the running festival

Tariff was a bit high. Not enough room for a table on one side of the bed.

Easy to find. Staff helpful, as I did not know they had motel rooms. We were able to move to a cabin. Very quiet. Problem with Fridge fixed promptly. Plenty of soap, shampoo and conditioner. Everything worked. Table & chairs and couch. Good quality towels. Plenty of hot water.

Ants in the bathroom and kitchen rubbish bin. Noise - from the road, from the next room and from the pool area that was located directly under my room. The draft coming from the door. Very noticeable as the bed is close to it.

Bathroom is very small. No handrails for people with a slight disability. The cabin and park as a whole well resourced and clean.

There was not enough milk for our stay and the stairs felt very steep

It is pretty difficult to drive in the cabin/camper area with many many children running around. Everything is squeezed tightly into a small area. There was no guest parking except out along the main highway .

The cabin we were in was a great spot for the 4 of us to stay in. It was roomy and bright with lots of windows. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the games , pool , ping pong etc that was available .

Check in and out was easy. Cabin was nice and clean. The staff were organised and helpful. facilities were in good working order. if we come back to Port Fairy, we would stay at the Big4.

Easy access to bbq and very clean camp kitchen. Pleasant decor. Nice staff. Plenty of green areas. Walkable distance to shops river and beach though understated by staff member
