I felt the cleanliness particularly in the combined bathroom laundry toilet could have been much better otherwise a great place to stay.

Location great, had issues with the shower and clothes dryer but response was great moved to another room with accessible shower - walk in - not off the floor and dryer replaced next day AMAZING SERVICE lovely helpful staff, security for rooms and cars is great!

The bathrooms need a little revamp or some TLC as there is mould in them in the grout/caulk.

The ensuite shower had orange mould on the inside of the shower around the floor.

The room was a bit dated with some chipped tiles and paint off in places although that didn't worry us too much.

The location was great, right across the road from the patrolled beach, many eateries close by and a bus stop right out the front. The bed was very comfortable and the room suited our purpose. The large pool was excellent to look at and to swim in. The view was great also.

Kitchen power points weren't adequate for kettle and toaster as wifi was plugged into kitchen ones. Had to use lounge area points.

Lighting in the main paths at night was bad really dark and being wet nearly slipped a few times.

The lagoons were nice too bad the weather was bad and I couldn’t get to use them. Location is great not far from everything. Parking was a bit confusing but got the hang of it

unit had little equipment very minimal for cooking. Fire alarm kept going off even though fan was on so couldn’t really use stove at all. some repairs needed which we reported to the office.

large spa was nice however parents didn’t follow pool rules and some children were unsupervised.

The room was in a great location with direct access to the pool. It was centrally located in Alexandra Headland and easy to locate and access. Many great venues close by

The room we stayed in had recently been renovated so the facilities were all very nice and new, the outlook over the pool and that the property is set back from the main road meant it was lovely and quiet at night.

Overall the complex looks tired, needs to be refreshed. Rooms need redecorating.

Location was good, very handy to beach, surf club and easy walk to Mooloolaba shopping area. Experienced a problem with TV in our apartment but this was quickly remedied by maintenance.

The rooms are quite dated, could definitely do with a refresh. The bedding could be ‘cosier’, especially in winter.

The location is perfect, super central with lots around. The size of the rooms and amenities like a kitchen is great! We had a huge balcony which we loved. The pool is amazing, especially the heated pool in winter (the main pool is freeeeezing).

Overall it suited us for location, the room, although a studio, was fine. The only thing was the shower was over the bath, which I didn't realise when I booked. My wife has a hip joint issue which made it difficult for her to use the shower.

The dryer worked but didn't dry the clothes, there was a cold draft comming from the sliding door that didn't fit in it's door frame snugly, No bath plug.
