Access from patio directly into the pool was our favourite and the ocean views. Perfect for the children. The location was ideal, only 5 min walk to playground & cafes.

Bathrooms are outdated and need an upgrade particularly the shower heads. Couch is visibly dirty. Wifi stopped working after a day.

The apartment was very spacious for the six of us. The pool was so close for us to just jump in whenever we liked and we loved the six seater wicker table and chairs on the large deck. We enjoyed our stay alot. The telstra internet provided is so much more secure than the usual hotel WiFi. Shops and cafes are about a 4 minute walk and Woolworths is about a 3min drive. The Surf Lifesaver patrolled beach is approx 15min walk.

Great location and loved the bottom level straight out to the pool. The air conditioner was great comfort for the hot days and nights!

It’s getting dated and some parts of the apartment need an upgrade for the price charged. The bathrooms are older, paint coming away from exterior of building, mould on the exterior behind the glass which looks unsightly and the weeds growing through the deck stairs to the pool need attention. When charging higher prices these things really need attention.

Location- end apartment, ground floor opposite esplanade, close to cafes etc. Spacious apartment, good separation between queen bedrooms. Good aircon, fans, lovely outdoor space. Quiet building and surroundings, not crowded even in January.

Cleaning- fridge hadn’t been cleaned, oven has had something spilled on the bottom caused smoke and smell when heated, drain smells in bathrooms before water runs. Beds uncomfortable could do with a topper to be more comfortable. Not many ice trays, a couple more would work better for families.

Amazing location. We didn’t want to leave. We had a great stay!!

Great spot for the family. We had the first floor which opened out directly to the pool area which is heated. We have four children and we all enjoyed our time. The kids especially loved the spa bath in the ensuite. We would definitely stay there again.

The only improvement could be to have access to more towels and floor mats. I didn’t expect the kids to swim in the pool during winter and so hadn’t packed extra towels.

Loved the location and the position of the accommodation. It was gorgeous. Nice and clean and beautifully furnished.

Queen sized beds is not ideal and the mattresses weren't great. Old and hard.

The confusing booking and who you spoke to if you had issues. I had assumed it was the office at C Bagara - but I had to keep going back the Bagara Real estate. I dropped the keys when when left at C Bagara and was told later they were meant to go the the real estate agent. Not a simple or clear system.

The location was so lovely! The apartment was huge, very comfortable and homely. And the pool was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay.
