Swarm of bugs at the front of the house, all over our cars. Stained our cars. So glad they were only at the front of the house as we were still able to sit outside on the decking out the back.

Beautiful home with a great layout for large families. We made fabulous memories staying here

Large space, but lacking in some basics - poor value for money

Very expensive for the value and quality received - paid $1,900 per night, but value most certainly did not match. The photos don’t seem to match the reality of the home. Some key things that stood out: - Lack of cleanliness - Very basic cleaning done in the main areas. The section under the couch was very dirty - kids toys would often slide under as there were large gaps between the sofa and the floor, and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Found a half eaten apple from a previous stay. Large amounts of dirt also collected around the fireplace that hadn’t been cleaned. - No cleaning equipment available even if we wanted to just vacuum before letting kids/babies use the floor space - Mushroom found growing in the architrave of the ensuite bathroom - Damp and as a result had loads of mozzies and room had damp /wet smell - Tap in the bathtub wasn’t working properly - it would keep spinning around. - Garden is overgrown and not as well kept as the photos, didn’t feel comfortable with kids running around in the backyard. - Only 1 toilet roll per bathroom provided for a 4 night stay with 6 adults + 3 kids, had to purchase additional rolls which was inconvenient - Unable to use clothes line because it was quite dilapidated Can share photos of above if required.

    - Generally comfortable, plenty of space for the families to spread out and for the kids to run around. - Relatively close access to the beach. - Easy access with keypad lock
