Couldn't fault it!

A beautiful, large unit directly opposite the beach with ocean views. From the balcony there was a set of stairs leading to a private rooftop area with great views. It was within walking distance of shops, cafes and lifesaving club. A short walk to a surf beach and patrolled swimming area. The onsite .Manager met us on arrival and was so helpful. We even had a late checkout.

Pillows like most places they’re not great 😏 Only sheer curtains so was hard to see TV screen properly for the sun glare through balcony door.. Probably needs more… Sheets on one of the beds had some sort of greasy stain on it

Excellent and very quiet location - surf beach across the road; excellent cafe/restaurants, bakery and shopping facilities nearby; well designed and very comfortable unit - staff super helpful.

Wonderful and very clean apartment so close to the beach. Catherine from the front office made our check in very easy and was available for any questions we needed during the stay

Would have been good if there was a bit more dishwashing powder. Was pretty clean but around the vents could use a dust.

Location is fabulous straight across the road from the beach and heaps of on street parking. Facilities are awesome. Large inside. Full kitchen. Washing machine and dryer. Coffee shop and bakery around the corner and very close to the surf club. The lady in reception was absolutely lovely.

The unit was very clean, great layout, and comfortable. Location was perfect. Price was reasonable.

Very spacious well equipped apartment across the road from the beach. Great location with lots of coffee shops nearby. Staff were very welcoming.

All good, nothing to complain about

The location is across the road from the beach and 100 meters from the surf club, our 2 bedroom apartment was large, bright and very comfortable. The staff were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and more than willing to help.

Staff were so accommodating & friendly. The location was great, perfect waking up right next to the beach. The apartment is so spacious & clean. This is the 2nd year we’ve stayed here for a soccer tournament & each year we love it more. Can’t wait to come back again.

Travelled as a family 30th May to 1st June 2025. Stayed in Unit 2. Reception allowed us to pick up keys a bit earlier on the Friday as our apartment was ready. We were also upgraded! While we checked in, the lady who checked us in was very helpful - from checking in/check out procedures to giving us information on where the nice cafes are & helpful locations. Carpark was easy to access, and designated undercover car spot for your unit. Unit: - Linnen provided was plush & clean - Modern and spacious - Well equipped kitchen/there was nothing that we needed as everything was provided! - Beds were comfortable. - Overall nice and clean Due to the rainy weather, we did not use the pool or spa, however, it looked clean and inviting! Location: Excellent - across the road from the beach. Within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, local Foodworks. We were on floor 1 - but as explained in the add when we checked in, we knew we wouldn't have beach views, however, the location was perfect in terms of walking across the road to the beach. We could hear the waves at night - which was a bonus! Excellent value for money. If you are looking for Friendly Staff, Clean Apartment & Amenities, Safe Underground Carparking & Excellent Location - this unit is for you!

A few more things for younger children to play with in the apartment such as books & puzzles (there seemed to be an abundant supply of adult jigsaw puzzles) & a few pool toys eg pool noodles etc. The swimming towels should already be supplied in the room. The toiletries in the bathroom were limited ( not enough soap).

We liked that the property was equipped with most things we needed and was close to the beach and the cafes & shops. The heated pool and spa were excellent and we spent many hours swimming there. The apartment was clean & tidy and maintenance items (replacement of light globe) were done promptly. The receptionist lady was very friendly and helpful and allowed us to have a later check out so we didn’t have to wait around with our luggage. Very much appreciated.

There was not enough toilet paper, coffee, tea or sugar for 3 people.

The location is excellent. The apartment was well equipped. The complex has a lift which was needed by my ailing mother.
